The only reason resident evil is popular enough to get new games every year or two is because not every modern gamer wants to play a ps1 game to get into a series. Getting mad at that fact is a waste of time. You either get well made, faithful remakes or you get no Resident Evil.

I WANT to know if someone doesn't care! They are FREE TO TELL ME to stop boring them. In exchange I get to do the same.
Friends are of course exceptions, for I care about them. That includes caring about their "uninteresting" stories and things, because without listening to those, I would only know a infinitesimally small part of them, ironically making it impossible to care about them.
Importantly, at this point(when we are friends) there is no fakeness --at least from part-- the interest is genuine, although sometimes taxing
