Two $100,000+ assignment fees in the last 60 days by creating one tool with AI.
You upload any list, and it uses satellite imagery to rank the exterior condition from worst to best.
How to build it with Manus for under $50..
-- Have Manus build you a server on Railway.app (You can just paste my photo from below and tell it to build you own) -- Railway is $7 / month to host.
-- Grab the OpenAI ChatGPT4o API that'll score the properties for you super quickly based on the condition. (Tarps on the roof, overgrown yard, etc.)
-- Grab the Google Console Satellite image API (Super cheap and pay per use). It updates every 6-24 months and is about 70% accurate to real time. Nearmaps is real-time but more expensive.
It'll run you about half a penny per property if you do it right.
It works for commercial assets as well.
Cheat code: We'll pull all the absentee list in a county (10,000+ records), upload it, and send the most beat-up ones to our army of cold callers that cost us $4.50 / hour all-in that are fully managed & trained for us.
I made a 10-minute Loom breaking down exactly how to build this step by step. Just comment "10" & I'll DM you to send it over for free.

This Google Maps Lead Gen Agent is absolutely insane 🤯
Enter a keyword, city, & state → get back names, phone numbers, emails, websites, & reviews.
All inside Google Antigravity + Claude Code.
Perfect for agencies and lead gen operators who need prospecting data without paying insane SaaS fees.
Here's the problem:
You're manually searching Google Maps.
Clicking through listings one by one, copy-pasting phone numbers into a spreadsheet.
It takes hours to build a decent lead list.
This scraper solves it:
→ Enter your keyword (plumber, dentist, realtor, etc.)
→ Pick your city and state
→ Set the number of results you want
→ Hit search and let Apify do the scraping
→ Save leads you like to a bookmark list
No manual searching, no copy-pasting, no paying $200/month for a lead gen tool.
What you get:
- Full search results with business info
- Bookmark feature to save your best leads
- Search history to track past scrapes
- Option to host it on Replit so your team can use it
Built 100% with Claude Code & Antigravity.
I recorded a full walkthrough showing exactly how I built this from scratch, plus all the prompts I used.
Want all the prompts I used for Claude Code so you can build it yourself?

@molmccann @SouthwestAir Open seating you would have been in different parts of the PLANE.
English

Flying back from Naples on @SouthwestAir with twins and a toddler. We booked well in advance and chose our seats. SWA has—without notice—changed our seats. As a result, we are now separated on this flight. We already have to sit in separate rows with the twins, but we need to be in consecutive rows because we have ONE diaper bag with bottles, etc.
I preferred open seating, but if SWA wants to force assigned seats, it can’t just move us around.

I've made $4.7M with AI. I'm giving away the exact prompts I used to build a full AI agency from scratch in under 2 hours.
These prompts will guide you through:
• Finding a winning niche
• Building an offer people pay for
• Go to market strategy
• Creating your website
• Productizing with AI (ie @Lovable)
This took me 5 years and hundreds of thousands of dollars to figure out.
Comment "Build" and follow. I'll DM it to you.
P.S. This will probably blow up so give me some time to reply.

English is my second language.
And I'm a terrible writer.
But last month my publishing agency did $65,000 selling eBooks on Amazon.
7 rules I broke that made me more money than most "real writers" ever see: 👇
1. Write it yourself.
That's right. I don't write my books myself.
I let AI draft and I focus on positioning, systems and scaling.
2. You need long-focus hours.
I usually put only 1-2 hours everyday creating my eBooks.
3. Pick trending niches.
I don't.
Instead, I pick problems people are already searching for.
Urgency = Money
4. You need to be an expert.
You're not writing a thesis, you're writing a 90-page non-fiction that's suppose to solve a problem.
You need to research well and structure the solution.
5. You need a big audience.
Amazon already has 300M+ buyers.
6. Outsource later.
Build teams as soon as money starts coming in.
7. You should do it alone.
Tried that. Failed.
Having mentors cut my learning curve in half...
That’s why I’m giving it forward now.
Let me send you 5+ hour of AI Publishing tutorial that breakdowns my system + strategy in great detail.
It covers the exact system that turns bad writers into profitable publishers:
• How to pick winning topics
• The exact AI prompts I use
• How to scale with KDP ads
• A Bonus that'll give you a kickstart (Most publishers don't know about these, that's why they fail)
Normally it's reserved for my paid students.
But I'm releasing it for free today.
Want it?
Like + Comment "Yes" and I'll send it to your DMs.

My OpenClaw bot builds websites & mails a postcard with a QR link to local businesses on autopilot...
You can use it to land new customers without a single cold call, here's how it works:
- Finds 100s of local businesses via Google Maps
- Builds each one a custom website in minutes
- Prints a real postcard with their site preview + QR code
- Mails it directly to their door
- They scan it, see their site, and reach out
- Runs 24/7 completely hands off
Direct mail gets a much higher response rate than cold email.
Reply "OpenClaw" and I'll send you the full breakdown of how you can do it too (must be following so I can DM)

Good afternoon, Gavin & Eastons Dad. For families traveling on Basic fares, seats will be assigned at check-in or at the gate. We will aim to seat families together. Families traveling on Choice, Choice Preferred, or Choice Extra fares will be able to select seats during booking. We regret any added stress, and we'd like to help document your concerns. When you can, send us a Private Message with your confirmation number. -Jeni

I BUILT A $5,000 AI AUTOMATION FOR ROOFING COMPANIES
And you can copy it.
This one handles everything roofers hate touching:
• Reads the incoming job requests
• Pulls out the project details
• Checks availability
• Builds the estimate using their exact pricing logic
• Sends the proposal
• Books the job
• Follows up
• Invoices
• Collects payment
• Requests the review
All without the owner unlocking their phone.
Same CRM.
Same calendar.
Same inbox.
Just a system doing the work instead of a human.
If you want the breakdown (how it works, what tools run it, and the logic behind the whole thing):
Comment “500” and I’ll send it to you.
(must follow for DM)

@PHLEaglesNation I'd be fine moving on IF the cap hit wasn't so big. Just doesn't make sense to let him go and have that huge charge on the books.
English

If it were up to you, would you move on from A.J. Brown?
Or are you keeping the #Eagles WR duo intact until the end of their deals?

It turns out there was a Philadelphia payoff in the Ravens-Eagles’ Jaire Alexander trade from last November. The Eagles received an $889,000 salary-cap credit and the corresponding cash itself, which Alexander paid back to the Eagles even though he never played a game for the franchise, league sources told ESPN.

@gring01234 @MattP1Gallagher Do you think the smaller cars will make for more passing than normal? Or too little of a change and still not enough room?
English

@MattP1Gallagher Quali will be garbage all season, races are ok. Monaco weekend will now have zero redeeming qualities

@gotrice2024 The term "Real Dad" is being used inappropriately here in my opinion. The "Real Dad" is the one who was there for her, raised her, financially supported her and did all the things a Dad is SUPPOSED to do. There's a real Dad. Her biological father did not do those things.
English

This woman was called out because she opted for her real dad to walk her down the aisle of her wedding instead of her stepdad. The real dad was never there for her, always made empty promises and then bailed on her her.
Her stepdad paid for all of her schooling, bought her a new car when she graduated high school so she could go to college, and agreed to pay for her wedding. It wasn’t until a short time before the wedding that she accidentally let slip that she’s having her dad walk her down the aisle instead of the stepfather that provided for her and pushed her to do better.
In fact, she and her mom were living with him at the time as well. He raised her as his own and gave her every advantage. After the stepfather came to the realization that all he is to the family is an outsider and an atm machine, he dumped the mom and refused to pay for her wedding.
She blames him for ruining her dream wedding and felt like he should have still paid for it even though he was being treated more as a guest to the wedding instead of part of the family, if she wanted her real dad in the wedding, why didn’t she ask him to pay for it?
English

@SpruceLee111 @RavensTerpsLife @SouthwestAir The card shows up on both of our credit reports. If she is responsible for the debt too, she should get the benefits.
English

@RavensTerpsLife @SouthwestAir @SmockImaging There is no such thing as a 'joint' credit card. All credit cards have a primary user- the applicant that is responsible for the debt. There is no 'joint' credit score. You have no idea how credit cards work and default to misogyny. Sad.
English

. @SouthwestAir So my wife went on a trip with her girlfriends this morning. We have had a SW Credit card for YEARS. Had companion flight status for 8+ years. She didn't get a free checked bag because I wasn't with her. Absolutely horrible. You used to be great. No more.
