The chase cars are a stop gap stock pump. Tesla is working on scaling supervisor chase drones that can be deployed from the car's frunk for pump videos. The goal now is to reduce the detection rate of Tesla's stock promotions so it looks like a real robotaxi. This can scale.

@hamids Vision only is incapable of operating as a commercial robotaxi. It can get them close in perfect conditions but the tech isn't precise enough to fully bridge the gap that LiDAR and radar can. That's why they're stuck and will be indefinitely.

For a long time I’ve been saying that $TSLA is going to destroy Waymo with its Robotaxi rollout and become #1 in short order but I could’ve never guessed that nearly a year after Robotaxi launch, Tesla Robotaxis are still non-existent (they have like 10 of them now!?) and Waymo is still outpacing their growth. What is the holdup with Robotaxis?

@rdd147 I bought this RAM in June 25' for somewhere less than half of $929 that's all I remember. Amazon won't provide the details so going off recollection. But I would have recollected if it was $1,000. I'd say it was under $400 if memory serves, no pun intended.

Even the $TSLA cult is beginning to see the truth - vision-only simply does NOT WORK. @GLJ_Research firmly blvs @elonmusk made a grave mistake putting out "FSD" in Austin 6/25, thus putting an expiration date on "FSD" ramping. The cult is beginning to have "the realization".

I’m just going to say it and I know I’ll get some hate for it, but v14.2.2.5 is the worst FSD release since v14. Constantly in the wrong lane, a lot of weird maneuvers, so many additional nav errors, routing, speed control, parking, and that’s just to name a few. v14.3 cannot come soon enough.

Is your argument that if it cannot work 100% of the time at this moment in time then it can never improve to work to meet that standard?

@TheStreet @MWM76 When the FSD charade runs it's course and becomes a fully evident debacle you will see institutions let retail ride this to zero and cushion their exit. That's why institutions haven't sailed yet. Hoping for one more scam pump before they leave the cult with their Kool aid.

If you assume 20% of $TSLA deliveries for the year would be in Q1, then the 2026 Cathie Wood / Tasha Keeney average Monte Carlo simulation from 2022 would mean Tesla is reporting over 3.75 million deliveries when it reports this week.
