@TheRiAnderson Thanks this is helpful. So in your view the RDL & SLDR achieve the same muscular development as the regular dead lift but without the accompanying injury risk ? I assumed regular DL worked the body more holistically ! I am 45 so need to train sensibly, will try this out 🤝

@fpl__Physio I often wonder this myself. It’s good fun but also stressful if you take it seriously. Would be interesting to see the results if someone released a structured/educated survey about it.

@Move78_FPL Yeah I love a bit of draft, 3rd season playing now. Often feel like the FPL road is paved & transfer plans very similar for all. With draft you select from a far greater range of players & get the chance to include 'fun' punts that you'd like in FPL but never go for. Enjoy man.
