Every woman I know who doesn’t have children desperately wants them but is terrified that if they choose the wrong man and it doesn’t work out they’ll be demonized as single mothers. They’re selecting very carefully and that’s not an easy or quick thing for men or women to do.

Some see leadership as primarily being performative. They focus on charisma and acting tough. In reality, leadership starts with having a moral compass and character. These two build trust. I’d rather stand with what is right than what is popular. Truth wins in the end.
