Something is no longer very relevant, while some things still are. Overall, it’s just: reputation → quality product → users → daily activity (some kind of DAU engine.XP, streaks, achievements, lottery, daily rewards, and broader leaderboard metrics to drive retention.) → repeat. and I’m not sure I’ve been doing anything extraordinary over the past couple of months - just building in public, mostly for myself and a few hundred DAU. x.com/altagers/statu… also this one is good - x.com/torok_tomi/sta…

@jessepollak Please, make a dark mode and the ability to delete projects. And yes... all my analytics are at zero (this didn't happen in Base Dev) and not a single one of my projects is on the leaderboard.
