My monetization has now been paused for a full week. I’ve received zero emails from X explaining why it was paused, not even an acknowledgment of the appeal I submitted a week ago. I understand delays happen, but going 7 days with absolutely no communication is about as unprofessional as it gets. I don’t care for nor depend on X monetization, so this isn’t about the money. But I did put real work into building my account over the past 3 months. I spent hours every day on this app growing my audience and working toward monetization. To have that taken away with no explanation and no response is frustrating. I can’t imagine relying on X as a full-time income. If that’s your plan, DON’T. The support is terrible, even Premium+ chat feels like AI generated responses, and monetization can be taken away without any clear reason. How much longer before someone even looks at my appeal? @Support @nikitabier
