If your staff is going to delay a flight 10+ hours and make customers wait that long, they should be entitled to compensation, period. It’s very unprofessional and unacceptable for any airline to make customers wait that long without any sort of compensation or voucher. If this is the way you guys do business, you just lost me as a customer.
@united@united I need to get a voucher for all this abuse and to be compensated since you ruined my vacation and made me lose so much money! I hope I hear from someone soon or I’m getting legal action. Total unprofessional service, no regard to families with small children.
@united my flight was cancelled last minute without any notice! I was already at the airport with my 3 young children and a broken toe. There is no one to help at newark, NJ and the line was 6 hours to get assistance. You have ruined my vacation and I need my money back! Scammers
@united I have my 3 children crying and screaming and we can’t get anyone to help us to get information about our flight. My flight was cancelled last minute from newark airport and have been waiting for 4 hours with no assistance! It’s extremely disrespectful I need HELP!

@ADT my alarm has NOT been working for 6 months and you won’t fix my problem. The tech that came to my house said it’s a connection issue with the tower so it’s not my fault. I call and I’m on hold for hours! I have 3 kids at home and I’m paying for a security system that sucks!
@ADT I’m seeking legal advice tomorrow on how to Cancel my service asap! I’m tired of paying for more than 1/2 a year, horrible costumer service and no answers. I have 3 small children and I need a trusted and reputable service not a professional Company that plays games with me!
@ADT then they’ll tell me I have to pay $500 for a new system! If you have a tower issue why should I pay to upgrade my alarm? I have been paying for 6 months and I need to be reimbursed. Your costumer service is terrible! I need to cancel my service asap and nobody can help me!!
@ReadyRefresh my delivery has been cancelled 7 times! 7!I have a new born at home and need water for her formula feeding! I can’t leave my house with 3 little kids to get big gallons of water, that’s why I pay for this service! I can’t believe the delivery keeps changing date.

I am very dissatisfied with the Walgreens pharmacy in 228 Browertown Road, Little Falls NJ 07424. I have been calling since yesterday 11/8/21 and today 11/9/21. Nobody answers the pharmacy phone. I had a baby 3 weeks ago and need medication ASAP for my daughter!
@StarbucksCare I went to a drive thru today and ordered a orange scone. Since they didn’t have any they gave me petit vanilla bean scones. As I was eating them I noticed they were all very expired since 2020!!! Gross 🤢🤮
