Hard to fathom how impoverished a person must be in mind and spirit to not see the value in space exploration. I think this is awesome. I'd much rather spend billions on rocket ships and lunar bases than buying junk food for fat people, or any of the countless other wasteful expenditures. Western civilization has always been marked by its curiosity about the universe and desire to expand, explore, and grow. We've lost that spirit in recent years. It's time to reclaim it.

I can't wrap my head around men who do this. When I've been in nature with women, even the ones I have zero romantic entanglements with, I've always understood it as an unspoken but sacred fact that I am there for protection if anything goes awry. Deserting a woman in the middle of nowhere is so vile it offends my deepest conceptions of what it even means to be a man.

Well I stand corrected. As of now, Terminal C and D general screening is closed so they’re pushing to A and E. A is 15 minutes; E is a whopping 165 minutes.
Meanwhile, A PreCheck is 3 minutes, C PreCheck is 13 minutes, and E PreCheck is closed.
Translation: it’s all the international travelers and United passengers with luggage bottlenecking Terminal E.
