The site operator may want to review some of their settings, but there are also some things that you can try. Test with a different browser (try incognito mode) and/or a different device. Also test on a different network (if you are on wifi try cellular or vice versa). Also try clearing cache, or disabling any ad blockers or other extensions.

It sounds like your Worker is correctly deployed but the routing isn't fully set up for your custom domain. The most common causes would be: 1) using Routes instead of Custom Domains (we recommend using the Custom option if you aren't already) 2) missing or unproxied DNS record (must be orange clouded. DNS only won't work) 3) DNS Conflict (you might have an existing CNAME or A record for the same hostname but pointing elsewhere) if checking those doesn't help you'll probably want to check out our developer discord server. Lots of people there that can troubleshoot deeper. discord.com/invite/cloudflโ€ฆ

@CloudflareHelp I am stuck in a critical billing UI loop. Ticket #01996787. My account is entirely on the Free plan (0 active projects), but your system refuses to let me remove my credit card, falsely claiming I have "active subscriptions." To make matters worse, I cannot check my ticket progress because the portal blocks Free users. Can a staff member please escalate this so a human can manually remove my card from your database? Screenshots attached.

Tried moltworker a month ago with @Cloudflare, stopped after a few days, cancelled all subscriptions, worker is inactive, i'm on a "teams free plan" (which cannot be cancelled apparently) Today I'm getting a $80 billโ€”it's an absolute nightmare to navigate this dashboard and get support. @CloudflareHelp any chance we can turn this around?

@CloudflareHelp Your unsolicited emails have unsubscribe links, but the unsubscribe page doesn't pre-fill the email address. I do realize you are using AppSpot, but it not like CloudFlare to be in 2006 when other mailing list providers are in 2026.
