@dok2001 @CloudflareHelp Just started using R2 for our streaming platform and got locked out of 5TB of data saying we had an unpaid invoice (we don't) Submitted ticket 4 days ago but it looks like ticket system is not working? Not a great start to using your service.

@CloudflareHelp Is there any way to get help with issues I'm having while using the Cloudflare Warp app? The "Send Feedback" feature in the app just gives me errors, and when I try to open a case on the dashboard, it tells me to just ask the AI or the community.

@Cloudflare The dashboard won't open into the ticketing area. Keeps sending me over to your documentation area. I've opened a second ticket and still cannot reach the actual support portal. My domain is sitting there UNLOCKED @CloudflareHelp !

I swear! Why is it so hard to transfer a domain into @Cloudflare ? A domain that's not attached to a website but it expires at the current registrar in 6 days. So if it's not expired yet, what gives? Like, do I have to pay at the current registrar first and then pay again? WTF! I'm not paying twice.

I love @Cloudflare but it's getting to AWS levels of mysterious billing I have no clue which site has "Smart Shield Argo" enabled and since I have like 200 sites in Cloudflare, I have no way to figure this out There's also no Argo in Usage, and apparently I been paying this for months now without even wanting or using it 🤷
