This was the #SaintsFC team that lost 4-0 at #Boro in January. Interesting to see 8 of these players likely start again in #PlayOffs. Maybe 7 if Stephens is fit? With a move to 4-2-3-1 & addition of Peretz, Bree, Larin/Stewart, Saints haven’t lost away since. Different beast.

Also created pathways for a few during Pulis, Moore and Bilic periods (Field, Harper, Edwards, Leko, Bullock, Ferguson, Wilson). Nearly all have slipped down the leagues bar SF and NF (injured) since leaving

Good to see him get a run out but realistically he may be 1 or 2 more loan spells away from being ready for our 1st team, like so many. Further highlights inadequacy of 21s level.

I may seem pedantic, but if broadcasters are going to call the 1990 First Division the "Premier League" they should also start recognising all the top-level records which existed before the Premier League started in 1992 - records which broadcasters often ignore.

Several times this morning the BBC Today sports reporter has suggested Millwall last played in the "Premier League" in 1990. No they didn't. In 1990 the top level in football was called Division One of the Football League.
