But why do they even do these things that replace human efforts? These AI tools can be designed to augment human efforts in many fields and minimize human errors, but to replace human work is wrong.. How does making people lose jobs contribute to a healthy society? How can people pay bills, loans/debts/mortgage, buy basic needs, avail healthcare..?

“My cousin was killed in an airstrike last night.” “Oh my God, I am so sorry. Please let me know if there’s anything I can do.” Two weeks later: “Hey, I totally will give you all the space you need to grieve, but I’d love it if you could avoid conflating Judaism with Zionism, in this difficult time.” “It’ll also help me navigate this with you, as your Jewish friend.” “I’m so glad we had this talk.”

@RnaudBertrand @metaspaceperson Yes, that’s the Mearsheimer thesis and in theory I wouldn’t necessarily disagree but I don’t see how the US would ever approve of a nuclear Iran. So let’s work with what is possible. This deal gives Iran better terms than the JCPOA. Peace in the ME should be the objective.

Assuming this "15-point deal" on Iran that's been supposedly leaked by Israel's Channel 12 (N12) is real, those are the points: 1. Iran must dismantle all weapons-relevant nuclear infrastructure and capabilities it has built up to date. 2. Iran must formally commit to never developing nuclear weapons. 3. All uranium enrichment on Iranian soil is permanently prohibited. 4. Iran's entire existing stockpile of enriched uranium must be transferred to the IAEA within a mutually agreed timeline. 5. The Natanz, Isfahan, and Fordow nuclear facilities must be permanently decommissioned and physically destroyed. 6. The IAEA must be granted full and unrestricted access to all nuclear-related sites and information in Iran. 7. Iran must formally abandon its "proxy paradigm" - its strategic doctrine of projecting power through armed regional militias and allied groups. 8. Iran must immediately and verifiably cease all financing and arming of its regional proxies and affiliates. 9. The Strait of Hormuz must remain permanently open as a free international maritime zone, with Iran renouncing any right to block it. 10. Iran's ballistic missile program will be subject to binding limits on both the number of missiles and their range, with the specific parameters to be negotiated. 11. Iran's remaining missile capabilities may only be used for defensive purposes. 12. All sanctions currently imposed on Iran will be fully lifted. 13. The US will actively support the development of Iran's civilian nuclear power program, specifically the Bushehr electricity generation plant (Iran's only completed nuclear power plant, built and operated by Russia's Rosatom). 14. The snapback mechanism - under which the US could unilaterally trigger reimposition of UN sanctions - will be permanently removed. 15. (not explicitly enumerated in the N12 source, but implied) A comprehensive verification and compliance framework will be established to monitor implementation of the above commitments by both parties. In essence, to summarize, every single instrument that has allowed Iran to resist and fight back during this war is what Iran is asked to surrender, in exchange for sanctions relief and, presumably, a transfer of their only nuclear power plant from the Russians to the Americans. Which frankly sounds like a pretty horrendous deal proposal from Iran's perspective. It's an open invitation to be attacked again, but defenseless this time around with 1) no ability to close the Strait of Hormuz, 2) no ability to open multiple fronts simultaneously through regional allies (like they did this time around with Iraqi militias for instance), 3) no nuclear program so no source of strategic leverage in any negotiation, and 4) no ballistic missile arsenal. And the U.S. is apparently asking that this be negotiated during a one-month ceasefire that would in itself eliminate Iran's active leverage in the negotiations (mainly the closure of Hormuz). In short all the hallmarks of a Trump deal proposal: "all for me, nothing for you" and the strategic sophistication of a schoolyard bully. I mean, the sheer crudeness of asking a country you are currently bombing to voluntarily disarm itself completely in exchange for the "concession" of running their strategic energy infrastructure and lifting sanctions that exist solely because you chose to unilaterally blow up the previous deal... If this is indeed what's on the table, and if Iran has any sense of self-preservation (and it looks like they very much do), this deal is dead on arrival.
Sina Toossi@SinaToossi

Israel’s Channel 12 has now leaked what it claims is a U.S. “15-point document” to end the war with Iran. The reported mechanism is a one-month ceasefire, during which there will be negotiations over these terms. That alone is likely a non-starter for Tehran. Iran has been clear it does not want another temporary pause that allows the U.S. and Israel to rearm, rebuild, and return to the fight—as has already happened before. It is seeking a permanent settlement that allows it come out of economic isolation. Then there are the terms themselves. Much of this reads like a familiar maximalist wishlist: no enrichment on Iranian soil, dismantling core nuclear infrastructure, abandoning regional alliance network. In other words, demands that Iran has consistently rejected—before the war, and likely even more so now given the leverage it believes it has gained. At the same time, there is a notable U.S. offer: the reported offer of full sanctions relief, including removal of snapback threats. That suggests Washington may be signaling openness to a broader strategic tradeoff. So there may be the outline of something workable here. But as an opening bid, much of this still looks fundamentally misaligned with what Iran would accept—and therefore unlikely to get serious traction in Tehran without significant revision.

@CestSam @stand_4_truth88 @eMTBrides @ZainyZ238598 That's called a "royal we". Like a king saying "we decree". "Spirit" is one translation. In Hebrew, it's "ruach Elohim". It can be translated as spirit, wind, breath, etc. "Spirit" in English translations is due to Christians belief in the Trinity, it's a circular argument.

You would think that the right would be bothered by the American govt telling Americans what hotel they can stay in or can’t stay in when they travel abroad. You would be wrong. For a group of several hundred people, obviously all of them staying in these legal private homes is logistically impossible. The only option is a hotel and the U.S. has a very small list that are legal to stay in.
Steven Crowder@scrowder

Hasan Piker is a liar. The U.S. government did not "force" him to stay in a 5-star hotel. 31 CFR §515.210 only bans Americans from government-owned properties. He CHOSE the luxury hotel while Cubans had no power.

An institution that targets democracies while ignoring terror regimes has a credibility problem, not a jurisdiction one, the world order is imperfect Iran replacing it would be catastrophic.

It’s interesting how Zionists (see also Batya Sargon, etc.) readily decry settler violence in the West Bank, but almost never condemn state violence in Gaza, Lebanon, etc. I suppose this gives them a safe avenue to look reasonable and humane, while not actually having to worry about contributing to upending the status quo

Trump just threatened to bomb all of Iran's power plants if Iran doesn't open the Straits within 48h. We know Iran will not comply with this threat. If Trump follows through on his threats, Tehran will likely strike at energy facilities throughout the Persian Gulf as well as in Israel. By now, it is really foolish to think it won't. An already bad situation will worsen with rising oil and gas prices, higher grocery costs in the US, and the closure of most remaining exit ramps. Escalation only intensifies the lose-lose scenario. Both sides need to get serious about off-ramps. Neither side should seek the humiliation of the other. Neither side can force the other's surrender. Both have to be able to construct a convincing narrative of victory for their own audiences. They may not realize it yet, but both the US and Iran ultimately have a common interest in such an exit.

Words are very important. Tucker does a great job of breaking down the trite Zionist talking point of a nation having a right to exist here. No government has a RIGHT to exist. Humans have rights, governments do not. If a government is consistently harming HUMANS’ rights to exist it must be dealt with. That applies to Israel and every other government on the planet.

Iran in Japan/ 駐日イラン大使館
Key Points from Iranian FM Araghchi's Interview with Kyodo News: 🔹Question: Do you have a message for the int. community regarding this unjust war against Iran? 🔹Answer: Our message is that this war is not our war. This is a war that has been imposed on us. We were negotiating with the U.S. when they decided to attack us. This was a clearly aggressive act; an illegal, unjustified, and unprovoked act of aggression. What we are doing is purely self-defense. We will continue to defend ourselves, however necessary and for as long as necessary. So we hope that the whole world will have a single voice against this aggression, that is, the aggression of the U.S. and the Israeli regime and force them to stop this aggression. 🔹Question: What do you expect Japan to do to resolve this crisis? 🔹Answer: Japan has always taken a fair and balanced position and has always been known as a friend to Iran. We have always had very good relations with Japan, and we are aware of this. During this war, I spoke with the Japanese FM twice. We know that the Japanese PM was in Washington. We hope that Japan can play a constructive role in ending this aggression and ensuring that this unjust war is completely ended. Our position is, and I must repeat, that we do not accept a ceasefire because we do not want the scenario of last year to be repeated. The war must be completely and permanently ended, and there must be guarantees that this situation will not be repeated. Additionally, the damages that have been inflicted on Iran must be compensated. 🔹Question: Is there currently an active mediator to achieve a ceasefire? 🔹Answer: Some countries are trying to play a positive and constructive role. We welcome any initiative that can completely end this war. We are ready to listen and consider. But right now, although some countries are trying to find a solution, the U.S. does not seem ready to stop its aggression. So we will continue to defend ourselves. 🔹Question: What are Iran's conditions for a ceasefire? 🔹Answer: As I said, we are not looking for a ceasefire. We want a complete, comprehensive, and sustainable end to the war, and the only acceptable solution in our opinion is a complete end to the war.

@honfab @PrepperCanadian As of mid-March 2026, Iran's daily missile fire has dropped significantly from the initial days of the conflict. After peaking at approximately 90–167 missiles on the first day, the rate slowed to around 20 per day by early March, with declines to single digits this week.

In this CNN piece, we learn: 1) All they are really hitting are the entrances to tunnel cities, and Iran is apparently able to excavate and rebuild almost immediately. 2) These are only “temporary solutions” because Iranians “adapt,” which is just a polite way of saying the next step would be ground troops or nukes. 3) They “have just enough munitions to hit strategic sites like civilian infrastructure,” which is one hell of a propaganda line for CNN to slip in there. 4) Iran invested in national defense and diverted state resources away from the civilian population, according to Hegseth at the Pentagon, which diverts roughly a trillion dollars a year away from Americans for offensive purposes. Low IQ MAGA and libtard accounts are now united in circulating these CNN clips, and I should remind you, that was absolutely on my bingo card.

No it fucking isn’t. The Iranian government was doing kiddie-pool mischief — the sort of shit that happens on a daily basis ‘everywhere’, doing things that virtually everyone engages in. Not one, but ‘2’ US allies are in the middle of conducting or running ethnic cleansing campaigns that’ve been bloodier than Iran’s internal repression campaign ‘right now.’ The notion that Iran’s behavior has been so uniquely terrible as to justify expending tens of billions of dollars of ordinance, and to shave several percentage points off of ‘everyone’s’ GDPs doesn’t just strain credulity, it’s detached from reality.

The most definitive White House statement purporting to justify the Israel-US war on Iran was its March 2, 2026 statement entitled "The Iranian Regime's Decades of Terrorism against American Citizens". whitehouse.gov/articles/2026/… After a brief editorial opening, the article lists 44 incidents with a total of 992 US deaths. The source of the data wasn't given. Where did it come from? Unlike the Iraq war or the Russia collusion allegation, the reporting didn't come from an intelligence assessment, flawed or otherwise. It turns out that the list was plagiarized by the White House from a June 19, 2025 list (fdd.org/analysis/2025/…) prepared by a former AIPAC employee (Tzvi Kahn) for a think tank (FDD) founded "to provide education to enhance Israel's image in North America". The think tank's original identity was "EMET (Hebrew for 'truth')". The June 19, 2025 publication was literally on the eve of the first US bombing of Iran on June 21, 2025. In this thread, I'll compare each and every item in the White House statement to the corresponding item in the original list by the former AIPAC employee. The list is virtually identical. Any slight changes are always in the change of ratcheting up the underlying allegation.

I’m still amazed that the Israelis convinced the U.S. to engage in an era defining conflict that presidents had resisted for decades and which is now likely to hand the coming century to China—all so that their PM could continue scoring political points and gain relatively greater hegemony in their own region. When the global economic crisis also starts to bite everyone will also know who to blame.

Tulsi Gabbard, Director of National Intelligence, confirmed that Israel has different objectives in the war in Iran than the U.S. This is a serious admission. Entering a war alongside an ally with different goals threatens our ability to achieve peace.
