I find this photo of Andy Burnham terrifying. Shrieks of smug conceit and a god complex with a touch of ‘dodgy pastor who wants your money to save your soul’ all wrapped up in one creepy pose. (And I’m also suspicious of grown men who wear lapel badges regardless of what they are)

@Plusnet Didnt try to allow an escalation as his shift finished at 7pm, but he would raise another query despite his shift ending...I asked for a copy of the voice call from monday not sure if he's submitted that request. didn't really want to talk to him further with his attitude

@Plusnet "We're here to help from 8am-8pm every day" Called at 18:50 this evening and privilage to speak to a rude customer service operator who when asked to for the call to be escalated am told nobody was available as the call centre closed at 7pm and that his shift was ending

was chasing a FTTP query I raised two weeks ago, to be told on Monday that it would have to be raised again (as previous operator hadnt done so) and that I would get confirmation of the request on Monday for tracking...guess what nothing. No record of the query apparently again.

@WeAreOpenreach when the ISP say they can't raise a major service outage yet the only 3 neighbours still on FTTC dont have service since the storm last night and are saying its an in property issue. WTF!!

@WeAreOpenreach My service provider is saying they are raising an incidents but still no major outage for response from openreach most of the properties in CH4 Cab 12 in Saltney are impacted

@aledrob they don't own the infrastructure, however we'll do this once the required criteria has been met and work to restore services to properties we've been made aware of an issue at. ^Andrew (2/2)

@WeAreOpenreach But @WeAreOpenreach havent declared a major incident for the issue so I still have an engineer scheduled for this afternoon to check my property which will be a wasted visit. Just checked and and found another 10 businesses down

@SeneddWaste Its simple AP means son of, Iorweth is the welsh name for Edward. Many cultures use similar naming conventions where do you think Johnson, Thomason etc come from. Trying to use his name for a divisive just shows you up as uneducated
