@bemusedbackpack It's not rare at all. I've just googled (cry about it) & trichologists who are more qualified than you are all saying it does. Any deficiency can cause hair loss, your body stops putting energy into non essential things, like hair. Not rocket science 🙄🤦‍♀️

Who in God's name would take a train from New York to LA? Either fly or drive. A train is the worst aspects of both experiences combined, with the benefits of neither.

@MattWalshBlog I disagree, train journeys across Europe, India and Asia have been some of my most epics travel experiences and are extremely popular. I'd love to have that opportunity in the US and stop off at different states to break up the longer journey!

The streets are so rough and violent atm. Someone recently said to me you should take out pepper spray. I actually googled and it’s illegal. Seriously question: how are people meant to stay safe when the police have gone AWOL? At what point should our taxes be refunded?
