It can be frustrating being told you’ve not been successful in an interview process, but a quick tip, especially if you made it to the later stages. However disappointed you are, take it gracefully. Multiple times at @maplefinance and @ethena we’ve ear marked candidates for the future, and hired them down the line. Often it’s not how good you’ve been evaluated to be, it’s just some extra alignment of the existing application of experience. Unprofessional lashing out just closes doors…. Also some giggles for the internal slack channels and Web3 TA private TG chats.

Life update: I have joined @monad_xyz as a Developer Advocate!
