Has this been happening at your store? So in the past 5 months they’ve fired 4 Genius, 2 Tech Expert, 1 Expert, 1 Pro, 1 Manager, 4 Specialists. Aside from the Specialist, all of them have been with the company for almost 10 years all older in their 40s & 50s. Ageism?

@GasliterInChief @DepotGenius Agreed. I’m seeing good people leave because ARS he devolved into a cesspool of mismanagement, micromanagement and trusting the algorithm instead of the people. There is 0 soul in this company. Corporate is so hellbent on destroying any legacy the stores had.

Rmbr at ARS, if ur the most annoying loudmouth in the store you’ll get ahead. If ur the one working late past ur scheduled hour to help the team or come to help on ur day off, all that doesn’t matter. If ur 1 minute clocking in they’ll dock you, staying late doesn’t offset that.

@fruitstandsavvy I have to tell 6 grown ass adults and 3 teenagers a shift it’s a display model, please do not try to remove it. And then they get pissed you have to book a demo to try one on. 😑

For my fellow fruit stand workers, do customers still constantly not understand the Apple Vision Pro Display models don’t come off the table ??? It’s so constant at our store…
