Look, I appreciate the dedication to the craft of bodybuilding. But in my first 8 years of training, I doubled my body weight from 60 kg to 126 kg. I took my bench from 45 kg to 200 kg, squatted 5 plates, pulled 6 plates, and rowed 4 plates. I didn’t track calories or macros. I didn’t keep a logbook. I didn’t have a coach or access to the amount of information that’s freely available today. I also didn’t spend much time overanalysing every variable. I guess consistency in effort had something to do with it.

TRT works best on the guy who doesn’t even need it… Lean. Strong. Eats right. Trains hard. Sleeps. You give that guy test and he turns into a problem. But that’s not who’s lining up for TRT. It’s the guy who slept 5 hours, eats like shit, doesn’t train and hasn’t seen sunlight in a week… Then expects 150 mgs of test to unfuck 10 years of bad decisions. Doesn’t work like that. TRT doesn’t fix a shitty lifestyle. If your lifestyle is locked in…you look and feel great. If your lifestyle is trash…congrats, you’re just a slightly more anabolic mess. That’s the reality nobody tells you before you start pinning. If you don’t fix your lifestyle, you’re just wasting everyone’s time.
