zero coding skills
building a saas from scratch
sounds mental. it probably is
but vibe coding means the rules changed and most people haven't noticed yet

@dougsapps Visited the site, and the first post I got is
~ AI is a slot machine
so should i now edit my @LinkedIn and @X profile to a full time gambler 😂😂😂😂😂

Did you know? 🤯
The more I think I know Git/GitHub, the more it finds new ways to humble me.
Today I learned that instead of:
❌ Commit
❌ Switch branch
❌ Reset HEAD
❌ Wonder what I've broken
You can simply stash your work:
git stash push -m "feature-login"
Switch branches freely 🔄
Then bring it back later:
git stash pop --index stash@{0}
Need to see all stashes?
git stash list
My commits are relieved they're no longer being used as temporary storage. 😂💀
What's a Git command you discovered embarrassingly late? 👇

@rain8miao the thing i keep seeing with the buildinpublic movement on X is that vibe coding is easy, the thing people struggle with most is getting customers. so vibers is a newsletter app so they can write posts – published on the platform and sent out by email to their subscribers.
English

@dougsapps need to demostrate what problem and what solution you provide
English

Wednesday! Let's goooo. I'm looking to #connect with people in:
building product
building product
building product
drop your link and describe your app in 10 words, as an VC guy, I can provide honest reviews

First few sales just dropped 💸
Not at $10k/MRR yet, but it'll buy a few plates of Nasi Goreng.

@jesselarose this is sick. love the transparency of just showing the actual dashboard instead of some polished landing page.
been vibe coding vibers.so and this feels very real builder energy.
English

We run a fleet of AI coding agents on real work — Claude Code orchestrating, with Codex / Gemini / Grok peers.
Instead of a marketing page about it, here's the actual operational dashboard, live:
fleet.taey.ai/ui/
Read-only, no login. Click around. Browse our active project plans.
The "read-only" isn't a permission. There's no write code in the binary. A POST gets a 404 because the route doesn't exist.
Build-in-public, taken literally.

English

launch day for my last app:
47 signups. 2 paid. 1 refund.
still felt like a win because 46 people i'd never met typed in their email for something i built in my bedroom.
that perspective shift is what keeps you going past week 2.

English

@vedanthk_ morning! love the energy
been vibe coding vibers.so early and this is the exact mindset
let's ship something today
English

Good morning fellow builders, hustlers and learners 🌇
Another bright day to be creative and learn new things.
Let’s go.
#buildinpublic

English

@afterhoursHB nice one on the traffic spike
been building vibers.so and seeing how sharing progress just works for getting eyeballs early
roasting websites sounds fun tbh
English

Day 8 of Ship and Die 🏴☠️
Today was mostly about working on the landing page + fixing a few things in the algo.
I added more data, manually roasted a few websites to catch edge cases, and kept improving the output.
Also, build in public is already bringing traffic.
Peak at 45 visitors today after 5 days live, with the site only shared on X and still just one page.
Now the goal is simple: convert, learn, improve, repeat

HB.@afterhoursHB
Day 7 — Ship or Die 🏴☠️ Almost no time to build today. That’s the reality of a side project when your 9-6 change to 8-8. Still, I moved the most important part forward: the algorithm behind the tool. It’s starting to produce insane insights. Especially on pricing. That’s where I can bring real expertise: not just “what price should I charge?” but why users buy, hesitate, compare, or leave. I’m feeding the model with my own frameworks and learnings every day. Tiny progress today. But the product got smarter.
English

@dougsapps ok I guess you gotta work on your product description. try percicely describing your product in one sentence
English

@rain8miao no, we're not asking people to pay to be subscribed to a newsletter. it's charging people to have a newsletter and use our system to send them out. we're more like the Substack revenue model than the Mailchimp one. I'd rather grow the brand and momentum and monetize later.
English

@dougsapps Me personally not gonna pay for it. I subscribed a bunch of news letter, and pile it up in my email.
I never checks it. like starter story, I didn't sub their newsletter but sometimes I watch their youtube interview
English

@rain8miao maybe free for the first hundred people, 50% off for the first thousand, and then go in at full price, monthly flat fee? Is that better?
English

@dougsapps sponsership requires you to build large audience. so it's gonna be really hard. and gonna take long time for you to see your first dollar.
youtube could be a good additional marketing channel, and they have good creator revenue share

Real test for AI Fear in 2026:
Will you instruct Claude/Cursor/Codex “auto-edit the changes in file”
If your heartbeat goes up and you still manually review every change…
Congratulations, you have trust issues with AI 💀😁🤭😭
Who relates?
Comment down and Say "Hi"👋 to face this fear collectively

@j_zube @I_amDamola nice one jumping in
been building vibers.so and documenting the whole thing via newsletter
shipping in public hits different when you commit publicly
English

Yesterday, I started learning AI Automation from @I_amDamola — Vanguard Cohort.
The onboarding session was eye-opening. His breakdown made it crystal clear what this journey actually demands.
→ No excuses. 4 weeks. Zero tolerance.
→ Build in public. Document everything

English

@ArunY22091 yeah this is it
people just want less friction
been building vibers.so and realising most folks just want quick updates without the faff
English

Founder insight:
Customers don't compare you to competitors as much as founders think.
They compare you to doing nothing.
That's why convenience wins.
Not because it's better.
Because it's easier.
#Startups #Founders #BuildInPublic
English

shipped 3 features this week that nobody asked for
deleted 2 of them by friday
the one i kept? came from a user dm on tuesday morning
lesson learned. build what people tell you they need, not what you think looks clever
#buildinpublic
English

@rain8miao interesting take. it's gonna be monetized through sponsorship rather than charging users. do you not see that working?
English

@dougsapps I think it's gonna be hard to monetize it, respect the hustle.
Maybe you should start youtube channel videotize your news letter.
English

@YoungSh32788105 yeah the coffee to code ratio is real
been vibe coding vibers.so and it's exactly this. blank screen to actual newsletter app people use
what's the most what tho
English

Software Engineering is pure magic ✨️
You stare at a blank screen → wrestle with impossible problems → drink ridiculous amounts of coffee → and suddenly you’ve built something that millions of people will use. It’s not just coding.
It’s digital alchemy. What’s the most satisfying thing you’ve ever shipped? Drop it below 👇 #SoftwareEngineering #CodingLife #BuildInPublic #TechTwitter
English

@StellarClub26 love the on, device angle
been building vibers.so and honestly local, first just feels right for shipping updates too
good luck with the hackathon
English

We're joining the QVAC Hackathon.
Our mission is simple:
Instead of sending every request to the cloud, we're exploring how astronomy assistants can run directly on-device — faster, cheaper, and more private.
Over the next few weeks we'll be building in public and sharing everything we learn.

@riverthink still mostly chat and iterate tbh
been vibe coding vibers.so that way and it works
curious if specs actually speed things up for you?
English

Hey Esteemed Founders, Builders and Followers.
WHAT'S YOUR DEFAULT AI CODING WORKFLOW TODAY?
I'm curious whether the industry is moving beyond "chat + iterate" into spec-driven and agentic workflows, or whether most of us are still building conversationally. #buildinpublic
