The @Visa arbitration (Apr 2025) has already ruled in favour of cardholders. 2/4 The Question Why is RBL still prioritising merchant-provided material over a sworn affidavit and network-level adjudication? 3/4 Investigation Gap Are the @dir_ed or @CIDTelangana aware that RBL continues to rely on documents from a merchant whose promoters are in judicial custody?
