@Vic_Vij Absolutely.... Somehow this case is being ignored for unknown reasons whereas it's a clearcut mistake of @Worldline by tagging the transactions (Merchant 'Falcon') to the wrong MCC code leading to this fraud and they must take ownership.

A New Financial Year Begins - But Will Justice Remain Adjourned? ⚖️ Tomorrow, April 1st, marks the beginning of the new financial year. For millions of Indians, this is a time for fresh starts, renewed goals, and financial planning. For us, however, it marks the 10th listing in the @WorldlineGlobal India–@TheOfficialSBI matter (Commercial Suit 45 of 2025 / IA(L) 11733 of 2025) after 9 frustrating adjournments. 🏛️ The contrast is stark: while the nation looks toward growth, ₹792 Crore remains in limbo, with less than 2.3% secured for victims of the Falcon Invoice scam. @WorldlineGlobal continues to hide behind silence in India while admitting to "uneven anti-financial crime controls" elsewhere. We have placed all evidence on record, including the clear positions of @Visa, @Mastercard, @RuPay_npci, and @aubankindia all of which support the cardholder’s right to dispute these transactions. Recent developments show @YES_BANK and @ICICIBank (July 2025) have set the standard by providing permanent credit. We urge all banks, including @HDFC_Bank, @rblbank, and @ICICIBank, to follow this precedent and bring justice to all affected customers this new financial year. ✅ We look to the Honorable Court to grant a hearing and address these grievances. @RBI must ensure that structural shifts, such as the @billdesk takeover of @WorldlineGlobal India, do not bypass accountability. When facts are common, outcomes cannot remain inconsistent. Let this new financial year be the start of permanent resolution. @kodaktvindia Call centre number on the portal and shared by Amazon is wrong which is 1800 103 3036. Other number is 9711088885, which is also pathetic as they don't serve. What is to be done ???

Another crushing defeat for the BOHIRAGOTO BANGLA-BIRODHI ZAMINDARS. The Hon’ble Supreme Court today dismissed the Central Government’s plea challenging the Calcutta High Court’s order directing the resumption of MGNREGA in Bengal. This is a HISTORIC VICTORY for the people of Bengal, who refused to bow down before Delhi’s ARROGANCE and INJUSTICE. When they failed to defeat us politically, BJP weaponised deprivation. They imposed an ECONOMIC BLOCKADE on Bengal, snatching away the wages of the poor and punishing the people for standing by Maa, Mati, Manush. But Bengal does not yield. We promised to fight for every rightful rupee, every honest worker, every silenced voice. Today’s verdict is a democratic slap on the face of those who believed Bengal could be bullied, coerced, or silenced. BJP’s arrogance has met its reckoning. They seek power without accountability. They take from Bengal, yet refuse to return her dues. But now, they've been defeated in PEOPLE'S VOTE, and in the SUPREME COURT. Online shopping has a lot of merit till the time you don't get stuck as then the platform would start pushing everything towards the seller. One such experience with @amazonIN @AmazonHelp It was expected out of Amazon at all. Customer care executives also sucks.

@CRED #CRED @CRED_club #Pathetic CRED support is one of the worst. They just dont have clue as what is happening. Irony is that the different channel or.e Portal, SMS, What's App n Contact Centre communicate TAT which vary from few hours to 9 Days for the same problem.

@CRED #Cred #pathetic #satyadarshi When you stuck with CRED, they just dont know how to solve it. They got exposed as different channels r committing different TAT varying from few hrs to 9 days for large amt which got stuck during upi transfer on sms, what's app, call center.
