@Bonetti Kind of knew how it will play out, never bothered to watch the game.

@revjamesrobison I love this man. I followed his channel and ministry religiously in the 90s and early 2000s. I moved countries for work and couldn't continue receiving the channel and eventually lost touch. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Rev. James Robison, the beloved founder of Life Outreach International.
James devoted his life to sharing the Gospel and bringing hope, help, and healing to those in need around the world. Together, James and Betty stewarded a ministry that has touched countless lives and will continue impacting generations to come.
Though we grieve this tremendous loss, we also celebrate a life faithfully lived in service to God and others. In the months and years ahead, we will faithfully carry on the mission James cared about so deeply — bringing food to the hungry, water to the thirsty, and mostly, the hope of Christ to a hurting world.
The mission James gave his life to will continue with the same heart, compassion, and commitment that partners like you have faithfully helped make possible.
In the coming days, we will share additional updates as we move forward together. For now, we ask you to join us in praying for Betty, the Robison family, and the entire Life Outreach ministry family around the world.
“Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:21

@Asamoh_ I taught design at the university. Fashion Design is one of the biggest industry in the world, bigger than the automotive and aerospace industries combined. But noone wants to hear that.

@Kamau266 Great ideas need time to think and flesh out. We hate the quiet interval between the 'Eeh!' and the 'Aha!' moment.

@SlotMindset @johnnyl135 Slot doesn't fully utilise his squad. Nyoni and Rio should have played more regularly. One or two lads such as Ramsey and Wright would have been promoted to the first squad. The fact that he hardly attends Academy games says it all.
English

@johnnyl135 We have a thin squad due to lack of FSG investment. Sell to buy.
English

@BIGBADDERS Slot intimated from the beginning that he prefers to work with a small squad. Anyone could have told him that's OK in Eredevise, but in the EPL, that's suicidal.
English

@HonJNyakundi @UDAKenya @wahomethuku @NjiruAdv @ahmednasirlaw @TimKipchumba @Truepastoralist @skhillary @methumuhia @gabrieloguda @MalalaCleophas My two cents it's his candidate.
English

@GooalMouth Slot wouldn't play Nyoni, Rio or any other academy player. He doesn't even trust Endo or Chiesa. Why have a squad if you'll not use it? He's by and large the author of his downfall.
English

Its funny.
When we scraped 4th under Klopp after winning the league everyone called it a miracle because of our CB injury crisis.
Bear in mind everyone else was still very much available. We were top of the leaue after Van Dijk sufffered the injury.
This season, we have had significant injuries @ RB and up front. We have had to play midfiders at RB, overplay players like Hugo and play wingers up front.
Oh and our best player declined to average levels.
One season is praised as a miracle, the other is projected as a failure.
Go figure that one out.

Arne Slot insisted that age does not dictate who sets the standards at Liverpool and noted that younger stars like Florian Wirtz and Hugo Ekitike are highly disciplined 👀:
“I don’t think it comes to age, whether you are 34 or 33 or 32.
They aren’t the only ones who set standards. They have lived experiences and know what it takes at this level but, come on, we are not talking about Florian Wirtz or Hugo (Ekitike) or all these players that we have signed.
They are not children. These are serious professionals who know what it takes to succeed at this level.
They know what it takes to succeed in the Champions League and the Premier League at this level. It can only be better.”

English

@LFCVik2 Of the three wins Wolves have all season, one was against this Slot's team.
English

@EBL2017 This is gaslighting the fan base. Both Conte and Pellegrini won the EPL on their first attempt, but quickly showed deficiencies that needed immediate attention during their second season. Slot needs to prove he's not a one-trick pony.
English

@mwiti_marao @KenyanSays I tried that route. Everyone knew I was desperate and gave me ridiculous offers. I eventually accepted one, but I applaud this young man for not waiting until the situation was irrevocable.
English

This is not a good decision and people are lauding it.
If you surrender the asset, the bank will auction and repay some part of your loan and expect you to pay for the shortfall.
Many people dont pay because they ask why they are paying for a car they already surrendered. Financiers dont care about you man!
Look for someone to buy the car, clear the loan and enjoy the variance.
English

@itz_taser I don't blame this woman. I blame Mr. Diggs. A man must develop the discipline to deny himself. His uncontrolled passions ended having himself entrapped. If he doesn't change course, next time he'll face a squad of accusers and at least one of the accusations will stick .

🚨 Nabil Fekir on his collapsed move to Liverpool FC and joining Real Betis in 2018:
🗣️ “That move to Liverpool… it was my dream. Everything was almost done, I had spoken with the manager, I could already imagine myself playing at Anfield, wearing the shirt.
Then suddenly, everything collapsed. In football, things can change very quickly, but that one hurt a lot.
Even now, it still hurts me a bit, because I know how close I was to that moment.
For a time, it was difficult mentally. When a dream disappears like that, it stays with you.
But I had to stay strong, keep working, and move forward.
Joining Real Betis gave me a new opportunity, a new challenge, and I found joy in football again.
Sometimes what feels like a setback is just a different path and you have to embrace it.”

A Nairobi lady has sued Safaricom PLC after her KSh 2,700, mistakenly sent via M-Pesa, was used to offset the recipient’s Fuliza debt.
Her reversal request was declined. She has now moved to the High Court challenging that policy as unconstitutional.
When I send money to someone, my intention is clear that I am transferring funds to THAT person. I am not entering into a contract with Safaricom to help them recover loans. I am not agreeing to become a guarantor. I am not volunteering to settle another adult’s overdraft.
How then does my money automatically clear someone else’s debt without my consent?
We must be very careful as a country not to normalise silent policies that shift financial burdens to third parties. Digital convenience should not override basic principles of fairness and property rights.
Yes, the recipient may have agreed to Fuliza terms. But I did not.And this is the core issue.
If money is mistakenly sent and reversal is denied because it has already been swallowed by a debt recovery system, then we are creating a dangerous precedent one where corporations quietly prioritise loan recovery over consumer protection.
At the very least, there should be a clear warning before completing a transaction:“The recipient has an outstanding Fuliza balance. Funds may be used to offset debt. Proceed?”
This case is bigger than 2,700 shillings. It is about how far automated financial systems can go without violating basic rights.

@MikeBales There was lady that liked me. She gave me enough signals that my attention was welcomed. I didn't bite, because I thought I had other better things to do. Now, I meet her with grown children and beautiful white hair, I can truly say I was dumb as f&CK.

@CaptainKipkorir The first one to plead his case seems right, until another comes and examines him.

Day of reckoning has arrived, lol!

@calvinokello4 Kenya does not need a refinery to leap forward; Uganda and Tanzania do. Kenya stands to benefit either way.
English

Something does not add up about this Tanga Oil refinery spearheaded by President Ruto. Hear me out.
Kenya moves from a competitive Open Tender System to a government-to-government (G2G) fuel deal.
Uganda cries foul demands access to the Kenya Pipeline Company system to transport fuel to Uganda.
Kenya refused and wanted Uganda to pay whatever Kenya deemed fit. Uganda’s fuel system was being blocked at the entry point. This left Uganda with no choice but to find a new route (Tanzania).
Uganda moved quickly to reduce dependence and began talks with Tanzania to possibly build a Tanga–Kampala fuel pipeline.
Then suddenly in 2024, Ruto and Museveni agreed to resolve the dispute diplomatically, Kenya agreed to let Uganda use the Kenya Pipeline infrastructure.
What transpired? What changed? How is it that immediately after Uganda explores another alternative, Ruto and Museveni agree?
Could this have been a long con from Ruto? To force Uganda and Tanzania explore this alternative route and come in with proper investment?
Did he know all along that someone was coming with billions to invest in Tanga? That he needed to be the fuse that ignites all these plans in motion?
I know for a fact that Ruto does not do anything without an end goal, everything he does is intentional. There is no way Ruto would put Tanzania and Uganda at pedestal without him having an angle in all these.
Ruto is not spending all that energy in Tanzania for nothing, someone is being plaid. Time will tell.
