@Flippin4Gold Doing something similar here, also adding automated price tracking on the retailer side but that’s been more difficult than expected against anti bot protections - you try anythjng like that yet?

Some things I am working on as an amazon seller with my ai agent: My goals this year are to increase revenue and margin while not adding much time commitment 1) Im building a database of all my past leads. 18 months worth since the beginning. This isnt a simple task. Leads are all over the place and in different formats. You also cannot store this data in simple markdown. Retreieval would be terrible. Has to be structured Once the database is built we are moving on to: 1) All new leads go here 2) Use keepa API to automatically enhance leads with keepa data. Speeds me and my VA up 3) Evaluating leads against past wins and losses to enrich the lead with better decision points

@yuri_jew @joeypraete I’ve been using agents for lots of low stakes stuff but too scared to give it payment info, reliability has been v hit or miss for the other tasks I have it doing. How are you protecting yourself from it screwing up the order?

local openclaw agent that works in its own chrome profile, its the best way to get sites to think its a human. and oa websites are random af so its definitely a challenge to get it working on first try on every single website but the idea is it gets better and better with each attempt

i went from pro league of legends player to running a $200k+/mo amazon business. 4-person team in the philippines handles ops. now i'm building ai agents to automate the rest — purchasing, brand discovery, admin. nothing's finished. everything's real. documenting the whole build here.

@BwcDeals This sounds pretty cool, do you have agents on openclaw continuously scraping websites for pricing data?

Any recommendations for resolving this? We send 34 and 6 units, amazon says they receive 0 and 1 unit We submit a proof of ownership claim to dispute this and hopefully get reimbursed Amazon declines and says the shipment contents are counted and confirmed ??? Denied by CS when requesting it again. $1k cogs

You know you’re building something real when the CEOs of the two biggest players in your space reach out wanting to work with you. At the end of the day, your network is your true net worth. Money comes and goes, but the relationships and trust you build along the way are what really compound. Told y'all don't sleep on what we are building!! No one has what we do. We are coming for you Google!!!

@Sole_Republican @JacobAsh_FBA How much time do you spend per wk managing warehouse operations and employees, are you factoring that time into your labor cost? I’ve been debating myself on if it’s worth it personally so I’m curious how you think abt that.

our gross margin are 13–15%. we have fixed expenses of 3k for software and 3k for rent. our expenses on a unit level is 40 cents per unit 20 cents for shipping and 20 cents for labor. (our supplies per unit is less than 1 cent, not that much.) so on avg we’re netting 10% not including our fixed expenses. if included, we netting around 8%. we still got a lot to optimize. for shipping and labor, we can comfortably lower that cost by 25% with more units. with our current warehouse, we’re pushing on avg 5–6.5k units a week from it. it can comfortably push 35k units a week once fully optimized. so our numbers are low now, but when the warehouse is fully optimized, we can get the total net % from 8 to 13% comfortably assuming nothing changes. if we start sourcing higher margin items, higher sale value, etc….

You know the guys those Amazon seller gurus bash on for low value sales and low value profit? Yeah well, Hi I'm Johnny, and I'm that guy they bash on. We make about $1.70 a unit, but we move around 21K units a month. By Q1, we’re on track to be selling over 1K units a day. Have any question? My DM are open😴😴

@appy21x @Rich_Tesoriero @amznsellerhelp Also have had issues with orders from that area especially with foreign payment. Think it’s a big freight forwarder aggregating customers orders to ship overseas.

@Rich_Tesoriero @amznsellerhelp What is their location? We have seen a massive uptick in return requests from North Brunswick, NJ and East Rutherford, NJ. I believe there is some type of massive return scheme happening there.

Amazon believes buyer return abuse is a solved problem. I have 379 orders from one buyer that say otherwise. A Seller Support investigation last month did not solve the problem. Please help me escalate this issue to the right team. @amznsellerhelp

We do 1 PDF per ASIN long as could keep PDF under 10MB. Use small PDF to compress files. We provide FULL emails and FULL email delivery confirms. First couple attempts we did NOT provide full sales bc files were too large and told them we were providing samples. However, since that clearly wasn't working we made sure to provide EVERYTHING.

Anyone get a CSM brand review in past 2 or 3 weeks? Any luck beating them? They seem to have been a bit tougher this go around, but its possible to get them cleared. At least this year, they have given sellers a fighting chance where as last year they just hard gated many sellers in various brands with no warning. However, still not a fun thing to go through as you are stocking up for Q4! If u can avoid brand gating, should be a fun Q4!

@SaulSellsStuff @BwcDeals Super interesting, I found the post on sellercentral about this. But these accounts are still all linked so one deactivation affects all associated accounts right? Is it possible to have multi accts without being linked?

@fredfredfba @BwcDeals Amazon no longer requires you to get pre approval for multiple accounts. The accounts do need to be separate businesses and cannot share ASINs. Safer yet to have them on different IPs Best reason is if you’re running multiple models. Private label + arbitrage for instance.

Amazon Sellers, massive Keepa Update: Keepa just dropped a silent update. Among them is this new filter, it's a bit like storefront stalking on steroids. You can now view the entire historical product catalog of any seller on Amazon with just their seller ID. Why is this helpful? As you come across your own replens, seasonal scores, or arbitrage buys you naturally notice similar sellers on all of your same listings. Instead of only reviewing their current catalog for new items to source you can now hunt for their items they are out of stock on but will be replenishing. Find a seller who seems to be hitting all your same stores? Now you can see what they crushed with last holiday to track down this year for yourself. Do you wholesale? Well now you just got access to your competitors entire catalog to reverse source distributors with. If this is any indication of where Keepa is moving we could have some even better updates to come. To test it out head to Keepa > Data > Product Finder and search for the section in my picture attached.

@CookingCashflow I had the exact same issue from a package from Italy and it was about 200% too. But was only charged 10% for another package from a different eu country. They’re just making it up as they go.

Last month I was hit with a 200% (!!!!) tariff on an OA purchase imported from Italy I knew it would have some sort of tariff and had 30% margin to work with so felt the margin cushion was worth the risk After multiple weeks of back and forth with UPS Customs brokers it was reduced down to ~$400 Lesson learned: Be very careful with all intl purchases especially in this volatile trade environment

im clawing myself back to 10%+ margins. 8/2025: 8.24% 7/2025: 5% that's a 3% increase. and im proud of that. may be insignificant to others but it means a lot to me. it kinda validates my existence. because i am putting all this work into improving my margins and seeing it is like "ok im doing the right things to improve and grow". throwing money at your problems is never the answer
