@MbtHawk Have you A/B price tested + decrease ad spend? Lower price by $1, try to cut down ad spend alongside. Raise price $2, increase ad spend $.50/unit I understand some niches competitive price points are king. We have some products that raising the price $1 would lose BSR.

@Molson_Hart It wasn’t a kill shot for our company financially but it was to our pride. It drug our top 6 performers into it with discovery, depositions etc. bad for company morale and productivity. Putting it to bed and focusing on the business felt amazing. It feels like a win 3 yrs later

@Molson_Hart Our attorneys thought we’d receive $300-$500k + attorneys fees. It drug on so long and their new lawsuits were so frivolous they were just trying to bury us in legal fees and paperwork after the initial settlement. It was a small competitor, we paid them to stop suing us.

Amazon believes buyer return abuse is a solved problem. I have 379 orders from one buyer that say otherwise. A Seller Support investigation last month did not solve the problem. Please help me escalate this issue to the right team. @amznsellerhelp

They give you seven days to address these before they deactivate the listing and they are the same bogus customer complaints. They show up in account health. We have successfully appealed all of them so far.

Damn - what is causing this? The customer complaints are often BS and often not related to our product. With a <1% NCX rate this doesn’t make sense. I was hoping they would respond in <24 hours given prime day. Very frustrating…. Is it a competitor “attack” or just poor Amazon Algos?

@0xN0mad @michaelpatron0 We have seen a MASSIVE uptick in these. Absolutely disgusting. Have to spin up a ‘POA’ to address whatever issue their algorithm has cited. Shreya will then respond in 48-72 hours accepting your POA and moving your inventory back into active status.

@CameronWalkerSZ Wow, that makes it even worse. I can wrap my head around AMZ releasing something and not taking extreme seasonality and the time it takes from shipment creation to appointment scheduling to receiving but not items with regular sales velocity. Best of luck 🤞

@CameronWalkerSZ We realized these restrictions reset every M around 3am EST. Provide your SAS manager or open a case with the ASINs, historic sales data from same time LY and this error. Other than that, this AMZ algo is broken and we have found zero ways to overcome other than SAS stepping in
