Worst experience from @nykaafashion @AdwaitaNayar @hm I've ordered hm men's blue jacket and I've received women inner wear in nykaa fashion app. I've raised query on app, mail and call. It's been a month but not resolved yet. Customer Support answer varies from time to time.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience with @hmindia. I ordered a T-shirt combo and received a partial order on 11th Feb. I immediately raised a complaint the same day. The customer care team acknowledged it and registered it for a full refund.

Previously H&M stoneware and porcelain items were delivered broken despite being properly packed and clearly marked as fragile Pickups are irregular and poorly handled. I don’t understand why @hm @hmindia is using this delivery partner in India.

@help_delhivery Tracking IDs: 31293313998632 and 16602352940124. One shipment contains plants worth ₹5,000. It arrived in my city at 2 AM today and should have been delivered, especially since it is perishable and clearly marked as plants.
