If this matter is not resolved immediately, I will be left with no option but to file a complaint with the Consumer Commission for deficiency in service.

This is beyond frustrating. I have now initiated my return request 5 different times, and every single request has been cancelled immediately after being created. I have not cancelled any of these requests myself.

@hm @hmindia this is extremely disappointing.
Your delivery partner @shadowfax_in did not attempt delivery at all. The agent gave a missed call, did not come to the location, did not answer call backs, and then blocked my number.

@hm 45669998332- order is yet to be delivered, Bluedart is sitting with the parcel in my town for almost a week now, been contacting H&M customer support, All I hear is this is escalated but nothing is moving. I had paid 129 rupees for the delivery. So please justify it.
