@Prominent_Bryan From an Alberta perspective our winters aren’t close to Norway or Finland and average about 10-15 degrees colder. The winter concern with EVs is legitimate in certain provinces.

- Knows regulators will never go for the Netflix deal, but wants a higher price from Paramount
- Says that he is in exclusive talks with Netflix getting them to agree to a $5.8B breakup fee while also getting Paramount to raise their offer to $74B
- Before this WBD, was valuated at ~$25B so with this series of moves Zaslav has gotten an extra $50B of “good will” value
- All in all, Zaslav and WBD walk away with a free $5.8B from Netflix and an extra $50B from Paramount
