So I’ve managed 10 whole years of daily sketches in my weather journal. Pretty much every day a quick sketch of the weather. (I have missed only a handful and filled them in later) I am actually pretty pleased. It’s been a solid bit of work and it’s not stopping yet!

InkField feels very different from how I used to work. Before, most of my time was spent coding, and coffee breaks were when I slowed down and thought about what to do next. This time, after the system was done, I found myself spending hours just drawing with it.Really being inside the process..

@clairesilver ThreeJS is prett cool. I was also excited to learn TSL but it didn't feel good to me. Now I'm learning TygeGPU and it's really promising (they also have an upcoming integration support for ThreeJS!)

New Three.js dropped. This 3D demo reel is all in browser. I repeat: these graphics are made to run via JavaScript in your browser. Fun fact: you can tell your favorite vibe coding AI to use this library. Just give it the link to the GitHub and tell it to use r182.

@ciphrd @Qotonana I've seen so many fractal trees and they often look pretty basic. @Qotonana has the ability to combine and elevate basic techniques to create something truly beautiful. Amazing work 💚

✨POOP EXPLAINED ✨ the dogs are continuously taking pictures and ranking those pictures to find the most interesting ones. When it comes time to poop they are reimagined using AI according to each dog’s personality / worldview. (Picasso, Warhol, Beeple, Elon shown here) I am excited for this type of long form generative work as it combines dynamic sculptures, photography and AI into one output where the audience literally becomes part of the artwork just by viewing it. This speaks to the idea that we will increasingly be viewing the world through the lens of AI. 1024 prints / 256 NFTs will be distributed throughout the fair.
