Hey @CarMax ya know what’s fun? Calling my Service rep, to explain the issue on my car. Then being told to call the business office to arrange a loaner. “Just tell them you talked to me” yes that’s very helpful. 🙄

Oh this will be fun. It all started when I was driving back from Michigan to Texas and my transmission started slipping.Took it to dealership they did 3 software updates. Also my start/stop was messed up. Then gave it back to me,2 days later same transmission slipping@JeepCares
