Why I initiated a position in $NUAI $NUAI is a stock that has been on my radar since late November. Up until late last week, I had completely written it off. I saw it as an extremely speculative “story stock” and wanted nothing to do with it. However, my stance has changed over the past few days. Over the weekend I had a long discussion with my friend @litigious_dulce, who shared a perspective that made me completely revisit the thesis and ultimately flip my view on the stock. Here is why I am bullish on $NUAI: One of the reasons I decided to enter a position is that Dulce himself has taken a significant stake in $NUAI. On the surface that might sound like a superficial point, until you understand who he is and how he operates. He was one of the early $IREN investors and part of the original “IREN alpha” group chat with @FransBakker9812, @TheKamaHsutra, him, and myself. Back then (~1.5 years ago), we spent hours every day doing nothing but dissecting $IREN from every angle and discussing our thoughts within the group chat. I learned a lot about $IREN from him. He has a deep understanding not only of $IREN, but also of the broader data center and power landscape. I would put him among the very few retail investors who know at least as much about $IREN as I do. Dulce is also not a small fish. At one point he owned over 1% of $IREN's float. He’s as serious as they come and pours hundreds, if not thousands, of hours into his concentrated bets… $IREN in the past and $NUAI today. So seeing him back $NUAI, and do so in a very vocal way, adds a layer of conviction I can lean on. It’s not the only reason I bought, but it does matter. With that context in place, let me now get to $NUAI's strategic position and why I’m bullish on the stock. There is no doubt political pressure is building on hyperscalers to sort out their power needs without simply loading more demand onto already stressed grids. Less than 10 days ago, the Trump administration warned hyperscalers not to push electricity prices higher for ordinary consumers. Soon after, AI & crypto czar @DavidSacks framed this as part of a broader push to have big tech sort out its energy needs by generating more of its own power on-site, instead of relying on the grid. So how does this tie into $NUAI? $NUAI's background is in the natural gas business. Today it owns several large greenfield sites in the Permian Basin, one of the premier regions in the US for gas production. A long standing criticism I’ve had of behind-the-meter, on-site power generation is that it’s materially more complex than simply connecting to the grid. There are more moving parts, more ways things can go wrong, and more operational risk. If given the choice, most hyperscalers would likely prefer grid connected power over building and running their own power plants. That said, as I laid out in my recent deep dive on Substack, the power shortage is intensifying rapidly. When you add political pressure and public concern about rising consumer electricity prices driven by industrial demand, on-site generation becomes a very real and increasingly relevant strategy in the data center space. While $NUAI has multiple sites across the Permian Basin, the company’s focus today is on its massive 435 acre “TSDC” site in West Texas. This land sits next to multiple power plants, with several gas pipelines running nearby, making it extremely attractive for future on-site generation tied to a larger data center campus. As announced last Friday, $NUAI has now partnered with a company called Primary Digital Infrastructure (PDI), which has been involved in the Stargate project (for OpenAI) in Abilene, Texas. PDI positions itself as an independent data center investment platform, and its leadership brings deep industry experience. Its CEO, Bill Stein, was a co-founder of $DLR, a $57b data center REIT and one of the most successful firms in the sector. This partnership meaningfully derisks the $NUAI thesis. PDI brings capital, networking and significant development expertise, while $NUAI brings strategically located land and experience in the natural gas industry. $NUAI's current guidance is to sign a hyperscaler agreement by Q1 or early Q2 2026. With PDI now in the mix, I think the probability of that guidance being met has increased materially. Now, to be clear, while I am bullish on $NUAI, I do not think it is anywhere close to being another $IREN. The good news is it does not need to become that for this to work well as an investment. $NUAI's market cap today is merely ~$300m. For comparison, $IREN is roughly $14b, $CIFR about $6.6b, $APLD around $9b, $WULF about $5.2b, and so on. At this size, I think $NUAI is one meaningful deal away from a major re-rating, potentially on the order of 10-15x over the course of this year. At a $300m market cap, the contract would not even have to be a mega-deal with the most prestigious counterparty to move the stock meaningfully higher. That said, the risk is real and significant. This is very much an all or nothing setup. If $NUAI comes up empty and fails to land a deal, I would not be surprised to see the stock perform very poorly. You can argue that the 435 acre site alone could be worth something in the ballpark of $50-150m if sold, which provides a bit of downside support. But in practice, if $NUAI fails to meet its guidance, I can still see the stock falling meaningfully from here. On the other hand, if $NUAI lands a hyperscaler agreement, I would expect the stock to move from today’s roughly $5.50 share price to at least $30-$50 in the days and weeks post announcement. Based on what I know today, I would put the probability of success somewhere around ~70%. That said, I’m still early in my due diligence process. Over the coming weeks I plan to dig much deeper into the thesis. Once I have a more comprehensive view, I will publish a detailed deep dive on $NUAI for my Substack subscribers. I also want to be transparent about how I funded this position. Up until yesterday, I was basically all in on $IREN, with more than 98% of my capital in that one stock. To make $NUAI an ~11.5% position, I did sell an equivalent portion of my $IREN holdings. $NUAI is the first new major investment I have made since I went all in on $IREN more than 18 months ago. Given the risk profile, I am unlikely to increase my exposure much from here in the near term. I have invested enough for the outcome to matter, but not so much that it would be devastating if the thesis fails. In any case, I’m treating this as a serious investment. I will start covering the company here on X and publish institutional-grade research on it for my Substack subscribers. Thank you for reading, cheers! ✌️

Gavin Newsom has signed a mandate requiring folic acid to be added to corn tortillas and masa products sold in California. The intent is to reduce neural tube defects in babies — a goal we all share. But blanket fortification comes with real concerns that aren’t being meaningfully discussed. Up to 30–50% of the population carries an MTHFR genetic variant, which affects how the body processes synthetic folic acid. For these individuals, folic acid is not the ideal form — the active form of folate is. This is especially concerning because the policy is framed as helping a vulnerable population, while potentially exposing many of the same people to a form of supplementation their bodies may not handle well. Public health should be about precision, nuance, and informed consent — not one-size-fits-all mandates that ignore genetic diversity. Good intentions don’t replace good science.

Sauna is one of the most effective health protocols I've done. Here is everything I've learned; it's the most robust characterization ever produced. Results: 1) Fifteen sessions of sauna dramatically reduced environmental toxins in my body: + 65% drop in 2,4-D + 100% drop in MEP + 15% drop in MBP + 100% drop in MEHP (undetectable post sauna) + 56% drop in NAPR + 56% drop in HEMA + 100% drop in Perchlorate (undetectable post sauna) 2. Sauna eliminated 85% of microplastics from my ejaculate. Nov 2024: 165 particles/mL July 2025: 20 particles/mL Nearly identical drop in my blood same time period: Oct 2024: 70 particles/mL May 2025: 10 particles/mL 3. Sauna, without ice on the boys, devastated my fertility markers. Total Motile Count: –56% Concentration: –30% Motility: –50% Morphology: –48% Count: –9% 4. Sauna coincided with my fertility markers being at an all-time high. I have more total and motile sperm than 99.6% of men of any age, including men under 25. + total count: 600 M + concentration: 162 M + motility: 55% + total motile count: 330M + morphology (normal): 10% We do not know what to make of these improvements. Was it the sauna? Sauna + ice? Ice only? We don't know but we did not identify any other protocols or lifestyle changes during this interval that would plausibly account for the change. 5. My vascular function improved by a ten year reduction in age. Now I have the vascular age of an elite 18-early 20s. + Central Systolic Blood Pressure: 96 mmHg + Central Pulse Pressure: 20 mmHg + Pulse Pressure Amplification: 160% + SEVR: 227% + Augmentation Pressure: 1 mmHg + Augmentation Index Wave: 3% + Traditional blood pressure: 107/75 mmHg 6. What type of sauna? Use a dry sauna with high temperatures between 80-100°C (176 to 212°F) and 5-20% relative air humidity. Aim for the lower end of this spectrum, especially as a beginner. Higher temperatures closer to the boiling point can cause side effects like headaches and severely dried nose and eyes. Note: Steam baths, hot tubs, and infrared saunas fail to replicate the same effects because they do not allow you to safely reach the required high temperatures and do not induce the same level of sweating, the necessary inverted (skin-to-core) temperature gradient, and the massive re-direction of blood to the skin with resulting vasodilation. Dry sauna is unique, and very likely superior to wet (steam bath) and infrared saunas. By heating up your skin way faster than your core, dry hot sauna flips your core skin temperature gradient, eliciting the following hormetic benefits: + enhanced blood flow: the heart pumps up to 70% more blood, similar to intense aerobic exercise (zone 2-+ increased sweating for detoxification: to maintain a stable core temperature, the skin produces 0.6-1 liter of sweat per hour, facilitating significant detoxification. + improved heat tolerance: the body becomes better at handling heat, leading to a lower core body temperature (offering metabolic advantages) + safe activation of heat shock proteins: the skin experiences substantial heat shock protein activation, while a modest 1°C increase in core temperature is sufficient to activate these proteins without the risk of hyperthermia. + extended Exposure at higher temperatures: dry saunas are more tolerable for longer durations and at higher temperatures, maximizing the benefits. 7. Sauna protocol and frequency Type: hot dry sauna Temperature: 176–212°F ( I do 200°F) Relative air humidity: very low, 5-20% Duration: 20 min Frequency: 4–7x a week 8. Heat Protection If you'd like, you can protect your head from the heat by wearing a sauna hat or wrapping it with a towel (use only cotton or other 100% natural material). You can breathe through a towel or cloth if needed to protect your nose. I am personally fine not doing this. Most importantly, ice the balls. Icing the testicles is absolutely required to prevent heat from damaging fertility markers. + Ice the testes during the sauna session. + Use a non-toxic, reusable ice pack material. + Wear cotton boxers and shorts. + Place ice packs in between the boxers and shorts. + Keep them in place for the entire session. Men should care about preserving fertility markers even when they are not trying to conceive. Sperm quality is tightly coupled to testicular function, which governs testosterone production, metabolic health, and long term endocrine stability. When fertility parameters decline, the same upstream dysfunction often drives lower testosterone, higher inflammation, and increased cardiometabolic risk. 9. Hydration Dry sauna induces sweating as part of its beneficial mechanism. Be sure to hydrate properly. In general, you might need to rehydrate with up to 16–32 oz (0.5–1 L) of fluid after a sauna session. Be sure to add electrolytes. If you want to be precise, measure your sweat amount and electrolytes (saltiness) using a patch (e.g., from Gatorade) to quantify your liquid and electrolyte loss, and rehydrate accordingly. Some people have saltier sweat than others and must ensure they replenish electrolytes as well as water. My results: my body sweats 18 oz during a 20 min sauna at 200 °F, with a sodium concentration of 25-39 mg/oz. A single sauna session flushes 450–700 mg of sodium out of my body. # I wish you all the best in life my friend. A new era or being human is here. One where existence is the highest virtue. Prioritize sleep, daily exercise and eat well and you'll be in a strong position. Try to avoid the bad stuff. Anything that takes away your agency. Be a warrior and caretaker of existence. Don't Die.

BREAKING ✅ : Per GOOGLE Comments — NO MORE GRID APPROVALS COMING. $IREN already has all ERCOT approvals secured.✅ That means $IREN just became the ONLY standalone Texas operator positioned to deliver massive new power capacity - 1.4 GW confirmed + another ~600 MW coming as early as April. In a market where hyperscalers are begging for MW, supply just got choked. IREN controls the rarest commodity in AI today: scalable, low-cost POWER. When you’re the only facility bringing new MW online, you don’t chase customers — customers chase YOU. And this is why pricing power flips: 👇 •Scarcity of new Texas MW = higher price per MW •Higher price per MW = multi-billion-dollar revenue potential over contract life •Every 1 MW not allocated yet = meaningful upside optionality for IREN And let’s not ignore the timing: IREN cleaning up the balance sheet right now is a tell. You don’t streamline unless you’re finalizing a major deal. Feels like a huge hyperscaler announcement is loading. Very bullish setup here.✅ $NBIS $CIFR $CRWV $BITF $SMRG $OKLO $NVDA $MSFT $GOOG $META $AMD

Google’s comments are getting me even more excited on $IREN ‘s 1.4 GW Sweetwater 1 project 😂 … Thanks for sharing! Before you tell $IREN shareholders to hold off on their excitment & do some DD first, you should’ve done so yourself. $IREN already has all the ERCOT grid agreements approved & in place. If you had followed the company over the years, you’d have known by now that management only reveals new capacity once they have all grid-operator approvals. CCO Kent Draper even commented on SW1 just a couple weeks ago and confirmed this was the case, yet again. So there is no excuse on your end being lazy and pointing the finger at others…

@grok @SamaHoole @rnikoley @grok isn't it also true that multiple studies (Krogh & Krogh 1953, Heinbecker 1928, '28 Rabinowitch data, etc.) & modern reviews showed the Inuit weren't in deep or consistent ketosis year-round—possibly due to genetic adaptations—contrary to some modern low-carb narratives?

Yes, Stefansson noted in his writings that some Arctic pemmican recipes, like reindeer-based ones, were often too lean (about 1/3 fat to 2/3 lean by weight), risking protein poisoning without enough fat for ketosis. The Inuit diet varied seasonally but could skew protein-heavy inland, echoing the Bellevue experiment's initial lean phase issues. Overall, marine fats kept it mostly high-fat.

1928, Bellevue Hospital, New York. Vilhjalmur Stefansson has agreed to eat nothing but meat for one year under medical supervision to prove the Inuit diet works. The doctors are certain he'll develop scurvy and die. Week 1: The hospital decides to start him on lean meat. Mostly muscle meat. Minimal fat. This is "cleaner" and "safer" in their minds. Day 3: Stefansson feels off. Nausea. Weakness. Diarrhea starting. Day 5: Symptoms worsening. Doctors are taking notes excitedly. "See? The meat diet is failing already." Day 7: Stefansson is genuinely ill. Severe diarrhea. Protein poisoning symptoms. He tells the doctors: "I need fat. The Inuit never eat lean meat alone." Doctors: "No, we're testing the meat diet. This is meat." Stefansson: "Lean meat will kill me. I've seen it happen in the Arctic. I need fat." Doctors: "That's not scientific. Continue with lean meat." Day 10: Stefansson is so ill he can barely stand. The hospital staff are preparing to declare the experiment a failure. Stefansson, from his hospital bed: "Add fat or I'm leaving." The doctors finally relent. They add fatty meat to his diet. Within 48 hours: Symptoms gone. Completely. Diarrhea stops. Energy returns. Nausea vanishes. The doctors are confused. They'd assumed protein was the issue. But it was the LACK OF FAT causing protein poisoning. Stefansson continues for 51 more weeks eating fatty meat. Perfect health. No deficiencies. Published in JAMA 1930. The lesson they should have learned: Fat isn't optional with protein. It's required. The lesson they actually learned: [Nothing. They kept recommending lean meat for the next 90 years.]

David Bailey🇵🇷 $2.0mm/btc is the floor
For a systemically important equity index to single out Bitcoin and digital asset companies for deindexing and ineligibility after years of actively blessing their inclusion is discriminatory and capricious. We should call it what it is: Operation Choke Point 3.0 What changed? Why is Bitcoin being singled out when every other commodity-linked industry (oil, gold, agriculture) remains fully index-eligible? If this policy goes through, it will: • Hurt investors by triggering tens of billions of dollars of forced selling in Bitcoin equities and hundred of billions of dollars in lost future gains. • Chill investment in Bitcoin startups and private companies that rely on public-market exits • Deter public companies from holding or using Bitcoin due to fear of index eligibility • Weaken U.S. leadership in a strategically important, fast-growing global industry I find it highly suspect that this policy topic was first published on 10/10, and in my opinion is likely a significant contributor to the market conditions we’ve seen since. Banks and index providers shouldn’t get to shut out an entire industry from 40% of all capital-market dollars, especially when that industry is in direct competition. That’s a clear conflict of interest and absolutely deserves congressional and regulatory scrutiny. We fought and won fair access to banking. We fought and won the Bitcoin ETF. And now we have to fight (and win) for fair access to the investing public.

Guess who's in the list alongside Strategy, MARA, Hut 8, Metaplanet, Capital B etc...? American Bitcoin Corp. The company ran by the Trump's. Seems extremely unlikely they will step on such toes. All these companies need to collectively lobby the decision makers to make sure this proposal is put to bed. Unfortunately we might have to wait until January 15th 2026 for an official decision.
