There is no treatment for gender dysphoria other than transition.
Trust me, I tried all of the experimental ones. I loved my family and my girlfriend, and didn’t want to lose them.

The deaths were a pretty nasty reminder of failures of local government. It'll be nice for the councillors not to have to look at it.

I am so angry after reading the statement by Grenfell United tonight.
The Government had one job, make sure the Grenfell bereaved and survivors were fully a part of the consultation on the future of the tower, but more importantly their voices heard.

One year ago today, I was 9th in the ambulance queue outside a West Midlands hospital endlessly waiting to be ‘given permission’ to bring my patient inside two hours after my shift finish time …. this evening I was *25th*!!!!
It is intolerable.
