@RachelReevesMP @HMRCgovuk. My daughter is Dubai based and needs to determine if she can overstay the 90 day limit of being in the UK due to the war. HMRC says a decision would take 8 weeks after I apply. Ridiculous considering one cannot return to Dubai. Can someone HELP??

the operations head of Axis Bank CR Park New Delhi does not bother to respond to emails (chittaranjanpark.operationshead@axisbank.com) nor take calls on 9582804302. Why such appaling service? @AxisBank . No difference in service between a public sector and Axis Bank. Shameful

@HSBC_IN frustrating to call your premier customer services number from UK 0800 048 9157. The IVR does not recognise any inputs and it is ANNOYING. Have complained a number of times but no joy

Going by rules is not customer service. The magic is when a company shows empathy for a genuine reason and acts accordingly. Very disappointed with @PrincessCruises who flash the rules against booking ref no 9HXKVR. A genuine reason and a very reasonable request can be agreed

@Saudi_Airlines The worst customer service. Call centre agents do not speak fluent english so unable to communicate. Damaged baggage Ticket number 1220543 accepted and then email received it is suspended. Nobody can provide the reason for why it is suspended. Can someone help?

@Saudi_Airlines terrible customer services. Nobody in their call centre can help. Raised a damaged baggage report on 25 August ref no LHRSV21144. 3 weeks and no update. Call centre shrugs their shoulders and says to raise another damaged baggage report. Stone Age customer service

@opodo the biggest crooks and crafty travel agent. They automatically charge you a renewal and ensure the email is sent after they have charged your card. Then drama. They charged me £89.99 then reduced it to £19.99. Theives and never going to deal with them. Disgraceful

@MGmotor @WLMGltd my vehicle LD71 SNN has been to WLMG Reading to rectify faulty parking sensors twice. Pending since past two months. WLMG says waiting for approval from @MGmotor since it is under warranty. Is this the level of service one expects from MG? @WLMGltd is terrible

@transportgovuk is the minister aware dates for driving tests are being sold for a premium of £300? People book tests and then sell them for a premium. Normal citizens cannot get a date for 6 months. Worst being driving instructors suggest names of people who are selling dates

@pnbindia 86 year pensioner harassed by PNB. Had an account with UBI before take over by PNB. She requires a letter stating account was closed PNB refusing to help. How can @pnbindia say they do no have records of UBI customers? Account no 84786 name Shanta Singh. @RBI @RBIsays
