@dbsb3233 @EVCurveFuturist @AmandaA08861937 Fuel pumps are generally covered unlike EV chargers so you don’t actually get wet filling up. Basically buy and drive what suits you be it diesel, petrol or electric or a mix.

So it rains if someone refuels twice for 3 minutes each, but not on you charging for four times for 15-25 minutes each. You see why people are calling BS on your rhetoric now? I own 2 EVs and road trip them over 10k miles/year, but I don't have to lie and mislead about the experience. There's pros and cons to both EVs and ICE. Just be honest.

I did a 1,200km return trip in one day in my Tesla. No range anxiety. Just smooth, silent torque and autopilot calm. I charge at home. I save ~$10k a year in fuel + servicing. Meanwhile ICE drivers are in the rain staring at fuel boards emptying their wallets. #Bettrification

The changes in EAS has been a great way for the unethical trainers to step forward. All the we can help you posts are revealing. It should be remembered the CPS providers and training organisations played a large role in what EAS is. The more people are talk to the more of the wrong people we are capturing in this with no accountability. Those who provided, endorsed and delivered the prior acceptable routes should be paying the costs around this training. Not benefiting all over again from it. Shame.

@nixonelectrical @cb_electrical @officialNICEIC Same boat, did my 2391-52 just before Christmas and have to do the new EV course since they don’t appear to recognise the one I did 4 years ago. It’s the AES requirements that are causing all the problems especially with older sparks.

Just had my annual @officialNICEIC assessment and will need to do the 2391 testing and inspection. Where we going ?

I have an elderly friend who is in her 80s. She lives in Cornwall. Mary is very switched on but she struggles with new technology a bit - especially parking apps. All she wants to do is put her car in a space for a couple of hours and pay. She does not want to sign up for a new app. She does not want to verify her device. She does not want to save her credit card information. She does not want to figure out why the app thinks she is in Devon and cannot geolocate the car park she is standing in. She wants to take a few coins and put them in a machine and do her shopping/meet her friends. Now, she finds excuses not to meet friends or shop because she is so worried about the parking situation. It is a disgrace that parking has become so discriminatory and this is just the start. When Digital ID is introduced, her whole world will feel like this.

@nectar @sainsburys Had 20,000 points stolen from my account as per screenshots. Your lady in India was very helpful in creating a new account but it failed to work. I’ve now got to wait 5 hours before trying again🤷‍♀️ seriously think I’ll be shopping at Tesco’s from now on.

@Ozzig @nectar @sainsburys @eBay @argos I think you can safely say Nectar has either been hacked or has someone on the inside leaking information. There fraud prevention is an absolute joke. I’ve had multiple points taken in Coventry when I live in Farnborough 🤷‍♀️ was blocked out of my account.

Denmans branch in Bath closing today. Other branches closing too. Sales arent there especially when 150m from Rexel and other suppliers all competing. Told sales in general been way down this year. On the positive stocked up the van cheaply before shutters down this evening.
