@virginmedia Hi, can't log in to MyVirginMedia, service status says it can't find my account, calling 150 from landline says service is temporarily unavailable. Would an early night and trying again tomorrow be the best course of action?

@GroheUK Hi, we have a couple of these showerheads and I'd like some advice about cleaning them and replacing the washers as they are disintegrating. Can you help ? I've taken one apart, soaking the rubbery bit in white vinegar and washing the metal parts in soapy water.

@nectar Hi Sayed, thanks for the quick reply. I meant more along the lines of prevention rather than investigation. One workaround could be allowing me to disable use of my card using the app like banks do with debit cards. I'd happily take that option until a solution is found.

@nectar @sainsburys Worked it out. Forgot you don't need a physical card or a logged in app. You can generate them yourself and in sufficient numbers end up finding active accounts. Can you confirm this is at least being addressed? The more I search, the more customers I find the victim of this.

@nectar @sainsburys @eBay @argos So managed to get my Nectar card cancelled after it was emptied out. Main concern now is @sainsburys "My ID" and the other parts of the organisation it's used for. I've reset my password just in case and also removed payment card details. Is my data safe ?

@madcow42 @nectar I had 1000 points taken today followed by the remaining 10,000 points 40 miles from where I live. Looks like a wider issue. Nectar will sort it but irs very inconvenient and no explanation of how they gain access to your account.

@nectar There appears to be suspicious activity on my card, someone has spent 1000 of my points in a store I’ve never heard of. You’ve even emailed me to say I’ve spent them, when I’ve been working all week and been nowhere near a Sainsbury’s store!
