Carwow just released a new video to its 11 million YouTube subscribers titled: "Why Tesla Full Self Drive is Pointless!" @carwowuk misleads its viewers into thinking Tesla’s Autopilot is FSD, even though FSD hasn’t been approved in the UK yet. Autopilot isn’t meant for city driving, yet they test of bunch of scenarios that Autopilot wasn't built to do in the first place....

NEWS: Rivian and Uber today announced a partnership to help accelerate both companies’ autonomous vehicle plans, expecting to deploy 10,000 fully autonomous R2 robotaxis. • Uber to invest up to $1.25 billion in Rivian through 2031. An initial $300M investment has been committed to following signing. • Uber, or its fleet partners, expected to purchase 10,000 fully autonomous R2 robotaxis with the option to purchase up to 40,000 more in 2030 • Initial deployments are expected to begin in San Francisco and Miami in 2028 and will expand to 25 cities by 2031. NEWS: Tesla is Robotaxi service testing in Orlando, Florida. Multiple new Model Ys with rear camera washers and Texas manufacturer license plates have been spotted at the Tesla Lee Vista Blvd store in Orlando. Only the Model Y Robotaxis in Austin have had rear camera washers. Tesla said on its Q4 earnings call that Orlando was one of the 7 planned metro areas that would see robotaxi coverage in the first half of 2026. Thx for sending me the pics @lucretiupop!
