@CoastguardJM @zander_agnew @darren6015 Use an interop talkgroup with @HMCoastguard recently. Worked really well, but still need better knowledge of them (and naming) at ops level. Just my tuppence worth 👍🏻

@zander_agnew @darren6015 I don’t dispute that and I am quite familiar with the PolScot working. However during a large, complex or major incident interoperability talkgroups are the preferred method for shared command, situational awareness and information flow. That becomes complicated to do over P2P.

@stoo_c @MissGolfAlpha Q div mate, genuinely wanting aff the shift because at this point all the stuff i’ve wanted has never came for me, been wanting a search course for years, MOE among other things but nothing came of it. The West is the worst when it comes to culture and continues development sadly

Looks like I won’t be getting public order trained this year either 🙄 been told there is no budget for it in @PoliceScotland and so will be no courses this financial year 😭

@MissGolfAlpha @PoliceScotland 6 years before i got a whiff of a driving course, trust me when i say this but the west is a joke compared to every other region. i absolutely detest the wests approach to continues development and am hardly surprised we have retention issues on response.
