Starship Flight 12: Booster 19 STATIC FIRE! Looks like the full 33 Raptor 3s, another first. Wait for SpaceX to confirm good test.
Short (potentially intended) firing, but wow!

@Amazonleo What's the estimated date for being commercially operational?

Introducing the Amazon Leo Aviation Antenna.
Delivering speeds up to 1 Gbps downlink and 400 Mbps uplink from a single antenna – it's simple enough to install in a single day, and powerful enough to support an entire cabin full of streaming, browsing, working and more from gate to gate.

A Trillion Dollar Space-X IPO is on its way..I won’t even get on a hot air balloon or helicopter. There is zero chance i’m ever traveling to space. #Riskmanagement

@markcecchini Post is hitting me at an interesting time, personally. I'm at an inflection point in my career; to this point I've had (what I consider to be) a successful career.

Our 16th Transporter rideshare mission is targeted to launch tomorrow from California and will deliver 119 payloads to orbit → spacex.com/launches/trans…

like Cern, you may be starting to wonder how many of these satellites will actually fit in low earth orbit. we did an analysis on this a last year. More relevant every time another FCC application is filed.

Cern Basher@CernBasher
It's interesting to think about the upper limit on the number of sats we can have above Earth. According to Grok: One detailed capacity study (integrating risk and intrinsic spacing) estimates LEO's maximum safe capacity at ~12.6 million satellites (assuming a 7% failure rate and minimum separation rules). Beyond that, collision probabilities spike unacceptably. Source: researchgate.net/publication/36…

Clarity has been requested so here it is:
1. No previous helicopter / sim stick time. Any learning is watching or reading.
2. Takeoff to at least 10’
3. Landing must not cause a major maintenance action (i.e. you can’t just dump and crash)
Still think it’s doable?
Dan@dmbkparker
Do you think if I put you in a helicopter you could successfully takeoff and land? No instruction. You can watch as many YouTube videos as you want before we go.

Here's hoping that @rookisaacman stays on as @NASA Admin regardless of who the next president is 🤞

@rookisaacman @campbellmcneill So cool. Very excited for this NASA under Rook

I fly my own aircraft, cover all my own expenses, and donate my salary to Space Camp. To the limits of the law, I will never have taxpayers incur a dollar of expense for me to serve as Administrator at NASA. This includes donating the use of my aircraft for workforce incentive flights and inspiration.

Space has been a lifelong passion of mine. I’m grateful to President Trump for giving me the opportunity to serve alongside the best and brightest at NASA.
It was an honor to have stood with @mkratsios47 as @POTUS signed the most impactful executive space policy in generations.
Leading the incredible team at @NASA, we will turn the President’s vision into reality, we will accomplish the near-impossible, and we will inspire the world along the way.

The countdown has officially begun. 🚀
The first @Amazonleo satellites have landed in French Guiana, arriving from Florida and ready to begin the launch campaign of our very first Ariane 64 mission — the heavy-lift configuration of Ariane 6, powered by four P120C boosters.
