A 17-year-old girl endured years of abuse from her stepfather. She secretly recorded the evidence. She took it to court. The judge dismissed it. Said it violated his privacy. Case closed. Now he’s still living in the same house. She sleeps every night with a chair jammed against her door. Her school counselor told her to “just be patient with the system.” Tell me again… how is “evidence” supposed to protect women and girls? This isn’t justice.

If you are a teacher, especially in a primary school, Be very careful when handling children of chaotic single mothers. Teach them and go home. Don't even correct them when they make a mistake. Ignore them with their tantrums. Protect your payslip.

Kenyan billionaire, businessman and influencer Khalif Kairo has officially qualified as a commercial pilot after passing his final practical examination following several previous unsuccessful attempts.
Sharing the milestone on social media, Kairo expressed his gratitude for achieving what he described as one of the biggest milestones in his life.
He also thanked his family, friends and Flitestar Academy, where he completed his aviation training, for their support throughout his journey. ✈️

He was received by Director @PatienceChirad3 on behalf of the @_AfricanUnion, among other dignitaries, who briefed him on the ongoing AUEOM preparations to observe the elections. In his maiden engagement with the Press upon arrival, Former President Uhuru Kenyatta, on behalf of the AU, noted the elections are important both for Ethiopia and the African continent, as Ethiopia hosts the AU Headquarters, expressed the AU’s readiness to witness the voting, called for peaceful elections which should reflect the will of the people and contribute to the country’s development trajectory and deepen democracy. He is leading a team of 73 AU Short-Term Observers (STOs), 61% of whom are women, drawn from 37 African countries, including officials of election management bodies, members of civil society organisations, election experts, human rights specialists, gender and media experts, and representatives of youth organisations. In addition to observing the elections on Monday, 1 June 2026, Former President Uhuru Kenyatta will engage with electoral stakeholders and members of the diplomatic community in Addis Ababa, as well as with media representatives in a press conference to be held on Wednesday, 3 June 2026.

Imagine the worst thing you can say about Joe Biden is that he got old while carrying the weight of the country on his shoulders.
He beat Trump when no one else could. He gave America and the world a fighting chance. He rebuilt the economy, passed historic legislation, stood with our allies, and restored dignity after four years of chaos and incompetence.
Yes, he believed he still had more to give. That is not a moral failing. That is a man who loved his country and did not want to walk away from the fight when his nation needed him. In the end, he didn't fail the country, we did, because we fully knew the stakes.
History will be much kinder to 46 than the pundits ever were. That I know.
