Pretty lame @ESPNFantasy starts emailing regularly out of the blue and then the unsubscribe button forces you to log-in (when it actually works... right now it sends you to a 502 error)

My @SouthwestAir flight cancelled 24 hours before boarding. Still on hold almost an hour after being quoted 2 minutes of wait time. Just credits, no refund, by default, so I have to cal to get my money back. New tix will cost 3x. Awful experience end to end.
