yesterday was my last day at onekey. two years. grateful for every bit of it — building the ecosystem, watching the product grow, and working alongside genuinely great people across the team and the wider space. i gave a lot to this chapter. and i received a lot too. to everyone who worked with me, supported me, or simply showed up — i see you, and appreciate you more than i'll probably ever say out loud. closing this chapter with a full heart. onward. 🤍

一些养胃技巧： 早饭可以不吃但是中饭晚饭一定要按时吃 每天哪怕不运动至少也出门/在家多走两步，每天少说一千步，不然容易胃积食 泡面少吃，能不吃就不吃，炸鸡也少吃 一些胃药： 没吃多少但有饱腹感并且反胃：健胃消食片（多买几盒备着，这个吃起来很快） 反酸+胃刺痛：氢氧化铝 吃撑/吃错东西且胃绞痛：吐干净之后喝藿香正气口服液 （很有用，喝完可以缓解胃痛） 有种预感以后如果我哪个器官最先出问题一定是胃，而且胃是情绪器官，焦虑烦躁的时候会加重胃的问题，好死不死越焦虑还会越喜欢重油重甜的食物 可能得等到出问题了才会控制饮食吧
