You wanna see us close back above green, if we do I think we'll reprice aggressively upwards If we close below I could see at least some short-term pain incoming

The Visa/Mastercard duopoly fleeces $138 billion a year from consumers — $900 per household. Then they block out new competitors, locking in their 50% margins, 80% market share. They actually pay their potential competitors (Apple) NOT to compete against them. The swipe fees (2.95%) add up. In Europe and Canada there are more networks competing with Visa and MC, as a result swipe fees are much lower, saving those consumers lots of money. The Credit Card Competition Act (CCCA) would end this duopoly.
Wall Street Mav@WallStreetMav

Mastercard is raking in profit margins of over 44%, and Visa is pocketing over 55%. This duopoly is charging WAY higher swipe fees than consumers pay in Europe or Canada. There is more competition in the payment networks elsewhere. MC and Visa are paying competitors (Apple, Swipe, etc) to NOT compete with them. The Credit Card Competition Act will end this madness and save American families nearly $1,000 per year each.

An unfortunate update from me. Yesterday, while I was taking some time to clear my head, a young couple walked by with an old Shiba Inu dog that looked almost exactly like Kabosu. At this time, I had not slept for three days, managing my levered long positions on Hyperliquid. The sight of this dog triggered something in me. I saw visions of my doge long position roundtripping for the 6th time this month. I glimpsed a happier version of me, where I had chosen to buy anything else except this horrible dog coin. I saw the markets in ruin; my doge long liquidated. Regretfully, in my anger, I picked up the dog and shouted in it's face. "Aren't you supposed to be dead you stupid fucking dog?". I screamed at the owners. I told them that it was their dog's fault my life was ruined. I tried to kick the dog, but I was rugby tackled by who appeared to be a British version of the "Boom!" costco guy father. The dog was frightened and, unfortunately, released its bowels all over the owners. I was arrested at the scene and will be cooperating with the investigation. I will likely be away for a while completing my community service. Thanks for your support, Cobie.
