8/ here is the mechanism the public should understand. a bounty can only be processed once severity is acknowledged. Moreover under a primacy of impact, a finding of this class qualifies against the critical tier of every program whose systems it reaches. across Aptos and the downstream programs, that is on the order of $19M in critical bounties. the amount paid to us was zero.
