Polymarket Perps Soon!
My favorite project has announced that it will soon launch Perps, an intuitive trading system - one we’re all familiar with from our experience with Nado, Hibachi, and other projects.
Why is this interesting? Leveraged trading of tokens, stocks, RWAs, and more. Backed by real liquidity, with users flowing from Web2 to Web3 - this is relevant even for those who have never traded derivatives before.

Crazy news from @Polymarket
Polymarket is unbelievably effective at earning money.
They must feel so much external pressure to earn more… adding fees, now this.
It is really good news for their investors and whole project in overall but really really bad news for the farmers🙃.
It doesn’t look good for our bags dear farmers…

The gap 2.7 sec for a machine that's an eternity
Math explains why this works:
Bayes' Theorem - updating probability with new evidence:
> P(A|B) = P(B|A) × P(A) / P(B)
P(A) - outcome probability on Polymarket (old)
P(B|A) - price movement on Binance (new data)
P(A|B) - real probability after update
Independence - Binance and Polymarket signals are independent:
> P(A∩B) = P(A) × P(B)
while one doesn't know what the other knows - arbitrage exists
PDF vs CDF - probability density of the entry point:

not every gap is worth entering the model only counts where edge is maximum
While Polymarket shows 54/46 Binance already moved and the real probability became 78%
The bot sees this gap before anyone else and enters before the market has time to update

Competition is buried.
To think that @Polymarket is currently valued 30% lower than Kalshi lmao.
imo this will be a trap for most traders, like it is the case for crypto perps.
But the sharps will 10x their gains.
You better level up your game before this drops because it will massively widen the gap between good and bad traders

Prediction markets + perps on the same platform was the natural next step for Polymarket
In that combo, they don't have a serious decentralized competitor at scale yet

$POLY airdrop is coming and most people farm it WRONG
I broke down every factor across 7 posts.
This is Part 1 and it's the most important one.
Miss this and you're leaving serious money behind.
Volume is the first factor and here is exactly what matters.
Every buy, every sell, every redemption adds to your total on-chain volume.
This is one of the core signals Polymarket uses to measure how real of a user you are.
But here is the mistake most people are making right now.
Spamming fake transactions just to inflate the number.
Tiny bets.
Pointless back and forth trades.
Same capital cycled over and over.
This will likely hurt your allocation, not help it.
Protocols read on-chain behavior patterns easily.
A wallet making 500 micro-trades on the same market looks different from a wallet trading naturally across different markets over months.
One looks like a real user.
One looks like a farming bot.
Only one gets rewarded.
The right approach is simple.
Trade naturally across different prediction markets.
Make real predictions and wait for resolution.
Diversify across politics, sports, crypto and economics.
Stay active consistently over weeks and months, not just in one panic burst before TGE.
Organic long-term volume from genuine participation is worth 10x more than numbers from fake activity.

HYPE is dumping because Polymarket announced that it's entering the perps field. That's not very good news for the Hyperliquid fam.
Polymarket is a serious company backed by serious money and investors. They can take a cut of a pie if they do things right.
Maybe this new competitor will make the Hyperliquid team announce new points season soon… This will be a strong move.

They're racing to build what HL already is: one book, one margin account, every market that matters.

Hyperliquid’s next major upgrade, HIP-4, is coming. Instead of siloed prediction market platforms like Polymarket and Kalshi, it integrates event markets and options directly into an existing high-liquidity trading environment. Distribution + existing users + unified margin will dethrone the current kings. It wouldn’t be surprising to see a 50–75% uplift in revenue as builders integrate these features into their frontends.

polymarket launching perps on everything is a massive move
they already offer options exposure across a wide range of asset classes (crypto, stocks, commodities, politics, culture, etc.) and now they’re layering leverage on top of that
this is a pretty chad move ngl
also timing is key here since hyperliquid pushing into event contracts (hip-4) made polymarket’s position as the dominant onchain prediction market platform look somewhat vulnerable. and now polymarket comes back by introducing the exact product hyperliquid is known for which is perps
polymarket now has the potential to evolve into a real "home of finance" layer, where event contracts act as the connective tissue across assets and perps add the velocity/leverage
