@Cbb0fe do you have insider info for xyz where they're airdropping users? you seem to be more convinced than most that they'll be doing some airdrop for users, plus you mentioned before that you're an advisor for them?

seems an appropiate time to bring this old meme back, been seeing some accounts shill some really questionable stuff after getting a few decent wins during an uponly market.

The usual "shill the latest narrative" CT guys all started shilling the same 3 coins and tried coining a new solunavax and you didn't think it was a top signal? gg

was mucking about with HL between different wallets, doesn't the fact that I can transfer funds between different address on HL with no fees or wait time mean that its an entirely centralised ledger? Similar to how Binance internal transfer works

Thesis 1 - solana:PRVT6TB7uss3FrUd2D9xs2zqDBsa3GbMJMwCQsgmeta - Backed by Arcium and is the core product being pushed - Spiritual successor to Elusiv, OG Privacy protocol on Solana (Elusiv pivoted to Arcium, from being a standalone mixer pool to privacy network) - Going live on public mainnet soon, along with Arcium TGE due anytime now. - Privacy <> Solana narrative, Solana core team and community has been pushing the Privacy narrative for awhile now with tokens such as ZEC, when Arcium goes live they'll rotate to shilling it and pushing the ecosystem.

@CL207 Theres a difference between sell shaming and calling out grifters who PnD on their audience, but MLM seems to miss the mark most of the time. + its the typical .hl syndrome where anytime one of them says something all the other .hl pile on even if its bullshit feeding their ego

@ericonomic imo another angle of a bullcase for HL is that people try to use perps on Polymarket/ Kalshi and they realise how shit it'll be before seeking out alternatives. I'm sure anybody that has used either of them know how subpar their infra is

polymarket and kalshi launching perps is actually really bullish for hyperliquid even if they don’t use builder codes they’ll end up spending millions lobbying in the US to normalize perpetuals from a regulatory standpoint and that effectively derisks the entire category and does the heavy lifting for hyperliquid for free and there’s no real downside because once users try those platforms the UX gap becomes obvious, that friction will naturally push serious traders toward hyperliquid so in practice they’re accelerating adoption while indirectly funneling users thanks kalshi and polymarket 💙💚

after reading the comments here i think the biggest problem is that people dont understand the underlying concept of selling vol here to MMs. MMs arent here to do charity, they're here to make money and extract. They do so by compressing vol and being l/s gamma (extremely oversimplified but imo thereabouts in this scenario). If your RFQ isn't getting filled on Derive, but getting filled on Rysk, maybe ask yourself why Rysk is being your counterparty 100% of the time. yes you're getting 100% uptime on your "yield", but given a long enough time period you're going to be down, not just in comparison to using Derive but perhaps even just holding your underlying spot asset.

This structure is bid on @DeriveXYZ for $0.28 per vs $0.14 on @ryskfinance right now. Looks like RFQs just weren't getting responses earlier (it's Easter morning). I think people are missing the point here too. Rysk ALWAYS gives you a price, and it's ALWAYS terrible. I don't think that is to be celebrated as "reliability". If you RFQ on @DeriveXYZ you'll get a quote most of the time, most of the time it'll be very competitive, and the times it isn't, just dont trade it. I don't think the correct answer to no proper bid on Derive is to go get fleeced elsewhere. My whole point was that if your best option is a whopping 50-75% discount off mid ($0.40 here), just don't trade, anywhere. Long term you will lose money selling vol on Rysk. Also if people specifically want physically settled on HyperEVM, @hypersurfaceX offers better pricing than @ryskfinance across the board. Still worse than @DeriveXYZ most of the time though. If people honestly price comped Derive, Rysk, and Hypersurface against each other consistently, you'd end up going with Derive 80-90%+ of the time, Hypersurface 10-20% of the time, and Rysk quite literally 0% of the time.

I'm a @ryskfinance power user. Saw this post and decided to take a look at @DeriveXYZ . If i was getting hosed on pricing/yield I'd be more than happy to switch, it makes no difference to me. I went and found a mutual strike for a put to sell to compare yield - $28 $hype on April 24. For 3k HYPE, Rysk quoted me $406 in yield for the period. Went over to Derive to make the same thing. They don't have the liquidity for that trade in the open market so I went to RFQ. Advertised mark price was $.45, a yield of $1,350 for the period. >3x that of rysk. However, when I submitted the RFQ, the quote did not get filled. No mm was accepting it. For Rysk, if it's on the site it gets filled. So time passed... 6 mins. 10 mins. after 12 mins i submitted an additional RFQ for 1000 HYPE, thinking they may fill smaller orders. After 30 min the first quote expired. No offer. They could not fill 3k hype. 1/3

@koolkrypto223 @ryskfinance I preferred the ones on solana, friktion and thethanuts iirc. Alot more random defi protocols to farm on sol back then, e.g sunny aggregator. Was fun seeing the numbers go up on screen live, even though it was probably sub cents per tick

I'm going to keep making this PSA, but selling vol through @ryskfinance is ALWAYS negative expected value regardless of the result of your trades. Calling it "no risk" to sell puts on a 80+IV asset is just irresponsible too. To sell 300 $33 $HYPE April 24 puts, Rysk is paying you $242, or $0.81 per. $HYPE has a 30d realized volatility of 82%. Plugging the Rysk premium offered into Black Scholes options pricing, they are paying you as if $HYPE were a 58% implied vol asset (close to BTC). If this paragraph made no sense to you, probably don't sell options. On @DeriveXYZ you can execute the exact same trade and get paid $410 in premium, or around 77% implied vol. You also need 1/5 the initial capital to do it. If you are bullish $HYPE, just buy $HYPE now, or set limit orders at $33 in case we wick down there. You are not getting "paid to set limit orders" because you have none of the upside if it does wick $33 and bounce. You're just getting farmed for selling cheap vol (usually at ~40% discount) if you use @ryskfinance.

Bear Market Accumulating? Get paid up to 93.2% APR to accumulate; $BTC, $ETH, $SOL & $HYPE? Currently possible via selling cash-secured-puts on @ryskfinance. If you're going to accumulate right now during this nightmare mode bear market then you may as well get paid premiums to do so. Im not associated with Rysk btw, just worth sharing for all those accumulating right now.

adding on to this - I'm not some super secret insider, I just happen to be in the industry and I hate seeing larps get away with the most retarded shit. e.g Arthur shilling EWY at $150 before the Iran war and deleting everything after the nuke. Like dude its fine to leave up wrong calls, nobody is right 100% of the time. Even I agree objectively that the EWY was great at that time, who the fuck could see the war coming besides trump insiders. I think its extremely disingenuous and as the remaining cockroaches left in this space we need to do better for the next cycle of new participants. back in 2020 as a new entrant there was so much good alpha and information online but its pretty bad now. I'm sure most people have been in similar positions to me - we used to wake up in the morning and scroll CT for the daily news & updates, finding alpha etc. Nowadays I only check CT when I hear about something on TG or check every 2-3 days. The cultural rot within crypto has gotten from bad to worse over the last 5 years and I really do feel as someone that has benefited from it to call out bad actors when possible.
