NEBRA, Reclaim, and P2P.me Unlock Trustless, Privacy-Preserving Applications with the First Comprehensive ZK Stack on Base
@nebrazkp @reclaimprotocol and @P2Pdotme are today announcing their collective formation of the first comprehensive zero-knowledge (ZK) stack on Base, Coinbase’s Ethereum Layer 2 network.
Built on NEBRA’s Universal Proof Aggregation (UPA), the stack enables trustless, privacy-preserving applications that require provable outcomes and automated payouts—from online tournaments and reward systems to financial verifications. Already at work in P2P.me, the stack showcases its ability to seamlessly scale real-world use cases on Base.
Looking Under the Hood: How Base’s First Comprehensive ZK Settlement Stack Works
At the core of the stack is NEBRA, Base’s first zero-knowledge settlement layer. NEBRA acts as an invisible aggregator settling all the proofs on chain—like bank transfers, game scores, or API responses—while keeping the access and logins safe Crucially, NEBRA’s ZK-SNARK circuit batches thousands of settlements into a single proof, keeping costs under $0.01 per transaction.
The key to bringing Web2 data on-chain is Reclaim Protocol. Reclaim is building the most robust and widely integrated zkTLS to generate zero-knowledge proofs from Web2 interactions, such as website visits, data requests, or bank transfers. These cryptographic proofs confirm the validity of the data—like verifying a bank transaction or game result—without exposing any underlying details. The whole process takes under two seconds, ensuring real-time verification without compromising privacy.
The power of this stack is demonstrated in P2P.me, India’s first decentralized fiat on/off ramp. When a user sends INR through their regular bank app, Reclaim generates a proof of the transfer. NEBRA then settles this proof on Base, seamlessly releasing USDC to the recipient. The process is non-custodial, private, and remarkably efficient, costing less than $0.05 per transaction while feeling as familiar as any Web2 interaction. Currently, P2P.me is processing roughly $100K in monthly volume with about 800 users on the protocol.
Unlocking Real-World Use Cases
From gaming competitions to automated social rewards and financial verification, Base is the first ecosystem to have zk at scale, unlocking real-world applications that are provable, private, and seamless, enhancing the platforms people already rely on.
For example, consider fantasy sports and online competitions. Organizing a prize pool for a Fantasy Premier League tournament today requires trust—someone needs to collect and distribute the money. With the ZK stack, this process becomes fully automated and trustless. Players send INR through P2P.me, where it’s seamlessly converted to USDC. Reclaim generates cryptographic proofs of scores directly from the FPL website, and NEBRA uses those proofs to instantly distribute winnings on Base. No spreadsheets, no delays, and no intermediaries.
The stack can also transform social rewards and content platforms. Social networks can automate payouts for creators based on verifiable engagement metrics, like confirmed views, likes, or interactions. These metrics are validated privately using zero-knowledge proofs, ensuring payouts are transparent, fast, and trustless while preserving user privacy.
In financial systems and verifications, processes like payroll, expense approvals, or payouts can be verified and settled trustlessly. By eliminating the need for manual checks, the ZK stack reduces overhead, ensures accuracy, and maintains confidentiality—without compromising efficiency or privacy.

With composable protocols and seamless integration, the ZK stack empowers innovation—not just for new blockchain applications, but for transforming the platforms people rely on today. From turnkey tournament systems to trustless payouts and financial verifications, the possibilities are endless.
