$mlg is the average joe’s chance to own a chunk of a multibillion-dollar company before it flips activision. The token is our seed round. The higher it goes, the more revenue-creating streams we can create, accruing more value. The gaming industry is huge, yet totally dominated by entities that only care about profit to ridiculous extents. They’re only competent at using the love of the game as a tool against the gamer. Crypto is a tool to shake up trad systems. Yet, how much success has it had in breaking up this monopoly? This is our chance. If you’re from the outside looking in, I promise you that there’s a clear vision for mlg that you might not see yet. This community works hard every day to communicate that vision to the rest of the world, and we haven’t hit even 1% of what we’re truly capable of. I’m grateful to be this early

His future is definitely as a CM, Jude. He’s so rounded. Has the physical traits to match anyone in 1v1 to go with his calmness, and quality on the ball.

This is fucking insane. See, I’m okay to raise my hand and admit I was wrong if this works (no, not if Real Madrid eventually win after adjustments), but my very bold prediction is that it can’t work. Rudiger at left side CB 🚩 Mendy first game back after being out 🚩 Did Jude and Fede promise Arbeloa they’ll play CM and save his job? 🚩 Don’t tend to go on about XIs so much, but this is Zidane vs Chelsea levels ridiculous.

I’ve seen the highlights of the Girona game and what I can say is there’s no point pairing Vini-Mbappe in a 442. Vini hardly leaves the left wing, Mbappe hardly makes runs into the box. I will favor a 433, even a 451 more than this.

@VictorAFC49 @MeiaArmador__ Rodri is more progressive than Rice + Zubimendi combined. City had FBs & CBs that were elite in possession. Your current FB + CB + DM combination can barely make a progressive forward pass

@MeiaArmador__ I don't agree. In City's title winning seasons the blueprint was Rodri, Gundogan and KDB/B.Silva. They played with a double-pivot! Arsenal's problems in 2026 is due to a lack of cohesion in midfield and limp attack. premierleague.com/en/match/22931…

Almost two years down the line, this is still true. Most of Arsenal’s offensive issues are because of what has been prioritised in squad building. I don’t think Arsenal would have any open-play creativity issues had the idea been a 6 and two interiors, like City did for so long. If you play Rice alongside Zubimendi, I don’t see the point of it unless you play with attacking full-backs like Bayern, which Arsenal don’t. To put it simply, Rodri, Bernardo, and De Bruyne should have been the blueprint for midfield. Arteta has gone for two DMs and one interior/10. Four DMs at the club, and two interiors prove that the squad building is intentional. It has obviously been done to leverage OOP, but the trade-off is not worth it for an elite team.
Meia Armador - Mufaddal Idris Burhani@MeiaArmador__

Arsenal have not raised their ceiling enough with their transfer business this summer. Calafiori is a decent upgrade on Kiwior, and Merino is a quality squad player, but nothing that moves the needle and gives them the edge over Man City. The benefit of having a large space-dominating defensive midfielder in Rice is to be able to accommodate two top offensive interiors like City do. What is the point of having a player like Rice and always playing him with a Partey or a Merino? It is inefficient to not take advantage of Rice’s capabilities to further enhance the collective. What Arsenal needed this summer was a zone-dominating LCM from the Pedri archetype that would have taken their attack and their ceiling to the next level.

@WaraqKhafi play him in a 3-man midfield with Pitarch and Jude on Wednesday. Give Fede freedom to roam the RW/RM zone

You can slate Camavinga for his lack of positional discipline but one advantage he brings to Midfield is mobility. He creates space, drives the ball, makes line breaking passes and has good distribution too. Will be needed on Wednesday in Germany

@nautfcb - 5/6 dribbles - 4/4 long balls - 5/8 duels - 6 recoveries - 2 chances created from open play being complete and a hard-worker doesn't make him "not a midfielder"

@RDrfx_RMCF this is exactly it. the problem is playing arda/brahim. instead, it should be an extra CM that gives Jude more freedom to play AM/CM and Fede more freedom to play RM/RW

Bellingham is needed in two positions (10 and 8) .He’s needed at 10 due to the fact Vini and Mbappe are incompatible and are chaos machines. So they need a player who can take most of the touches and set play. He’s needed at 8 because Madrid can’t progress the ball up the pitch.

@JamesB_afc No one plays their best football in the CL group stage. Just look at PSG in this season and the last. Arteta doesn't understand this difference. That's why he inevitably crashes out in the later, more-important, high-pressure games

When players start rejecting high-intensity coaching like Xabi Alonso’s because it’s "too demanding," you’ve moved past a normal post-title slump and into a cultural crisis where the hunger that built the Real Madrid mythos has been replaced by the comfort of individual stardom.

The lack of motivation following a 15th Champions League title is a documented psychological phenomenon known as the **"success hangover,"** but in Real Madrid’s case, it has reached an abnormal level of structural decay.

@Timi_gregory @deejayfaremi he should. it has to be thiago & camavinga against bayern. we have enough attacking talent(vini, mbappe, fede, jude). we need defensive solidity + possession-retention, not an extra attacker

@deejayfaremi Luckily you get a false 9 if not a striker from Jude and valverde if someone else partners camavinga. But I don't know if your coach would risk Tiago/camavinga together.

@Praise_Ffs @deejayfaremi yes. but he's in a 2-man midfield when it should be a 3. imagine if we only played one of kroos/modric with casemiro and started both isco & bale. that's what we're doing currently with arda/brahim starting instead of a third CM. the midfielders are overloaded

It’s not viable to play Jude as a CM, with responsibilities to build up play and defend, while still having him as the only player that makes direct runs into the opponent area.

@deejayfaremi we need to play a 3-man midfield, not a double pivot. none of this arda/brahim nonsense. we get more balance so we can: > give valverde more freedom in rm/rw > give jude more freedom in midfield with a stable pivot for rest defence
