@UKHospKate You are right to take on NIC and business rates because there is always the illusion that these fights can still be won. @LucyMPowell Of course they are on top of the rise in living wage. Not to mention the non negotiable outrageous @PRSforMusic tax with no appeal or review

In my opinion @MFT_MRI your MyMFT app is a real step forward and incredibly useful. It fails sadly when my GP surgery @gtdhealthcare city centre asks me to print out letters from you I can see on screen but they can’t and bring them in for them to photocopy

@BritishGasHelp I have agreed a new business contract with one of your advisors who went on holiday leaving his colleague as contact. The new contract for gas and electric should begin today but we have questions. I have sent numerous emails but no response - very poor
