@TopTechStocksUS “Zero negative news”… at least be honest or do a bit of research. As per FT the Vineland DC on which the contract with MSFT depends, does notseem to be commisioned as of today due to pending licences. This is a huge risk that the company should address on the next Conf call

$NBIS Weekly Recap for Apr 20–24. Nebius just had its wildest week of the year. Here's everything you need to know: The Numbers Mon: $159 → Fri close: $147.16 Weekly low: $145.81 Weekly high: $165.25 (within 2% of ATH). $20 intraday swing on Thursday alone. What happened The week started quietly — sideways around $156–$159. Then Thursday hit. NBIS ripped to $165.25 in the morning, flirting with its all-time high of $168.71… and then reversed hard, crashing to $145.81 before closing near $148. That's a 12% top-to-bottom move in a single session. Why? Two words: earnings anxiety. Q1 results are imminent — sources conflict on the exact date (April 29? May 5? May 19?) — and traders are repositioning ahead of what could be the most important quarter in this company's short public history. The Bigger Picture Step back from the noise and the story is staggering: → $46B+ in contracted AI cloud deals • Meta: $27B (5-year) • Microsoft: $19.4B (5-year) • Nvidia: $2B equity stake → $500M new European data center investment → $4.3B raised via convertible notes → Targeting 800 MW–1 GW capacity by year-end (from 170 MW in Dec 2025) → Revenue guidance: $3.0B–$3.4B for FY2026 → AI21 Labs acquisition (~$1.4B) still in talks This is no longer a speculative AI play. This is a company building physical infrastructure at a pace that rivals the hyperscalers and the hyperscalers are its customers. Wall Streets Take Consensus: Strong Buy (9 Strong Buy, 1 Moderate Buy, 4 Hold) Goldman Sachs PT: $205 Seeking Alpha PT: $220 TipRanks: Analysts see 80%+ upside. Even the bears admit the backlog is real. But here's the tension: to justify the ~$37B valuation, Nebius needs ~45% revenue CAGR over 8 years. The contracts say it's possible. Execution will decide if it's probable. What to watch next week Q1 Earnings — Street expects ~$374M revenue, EPS of -$0.73. Beat or miss, this sets the narrative for the next 90 days AI21 Labs deal — A close signals full-stack AI company, not just a GPU landlord Post-selloff bounce — Friday showed recovery (~$158). If $145 holds, the technical setup into earnings is constructive Final Thoughts $NBIS dropped ~7% this week on zero negative news. That's what happens when a stock is up 63% YTD and earnings are around the corner. The question isn't whether Nebius has the contracts... it does, $46 billion worth. The question is whether it can build fast enough to collect on them. Next week, we start getting answers + we can expect a few surprises Arkady underpromises & overdelivers. I will lay out a few potential PRs that could really be interesting if they become true: * Anthropic partnership * EU Gigafactory * Robotics / Physical AI partnership * APAC Data Centers The most important is continued execution & hoping that recent news of Data Center delays do not impact us as we have a solid partnership with $NVDA What's your take? is $NBIS a buy before earnings or are you waiting for the print? #NBIS #Nebius #AIStocks #WallStreet #StockMarket #Earnings #AIInfrastructure #Investing

$nbis, $msft, @CABeyney FT out w/ piece this a.m. on US DC bottlenecks--says 40% of planned capacity @ risk of delay & 60% of 2027 projects have yet to begin construction. Uses thermal sat imagery to infer DataONE Vineland site buildout is progressing but power activation is lagging. Nebius responds “All capacity tranches under our agreement with Microsoft to date have been delivered on time, and we currently expect to deliver the remaining tranches on schedule. As of now we are not aware of issues that would materially affect this.” Schedule slippage is a core risk going forward, but, in this case, a single thermal snapshot on March 9 is less than conclusive, especially when Nebius's denial is precise enough to carry legal exposure. The pending local air permitting and site expansion approvals are also key risks and bear watching . . .

The "Permit Wall": Why Nebius’s $17B Microsoft Deal is Stalled in Jersey 1/ A lot of noise lately about $NBIS delivering its "first tranche" to Microsoft. But look closer at the New Jersey (Vineland) buildout. Despite the hype, the flagship US site is currently a 300MW collection of expensive paperweights. Here’s why. 2/ The Neel Khokhani post is the smoking gun. DataOne (Nebius’s partner) filed for Air Permit PCP250002 in Dec 2025. As of today, April 19, 2026, it is still PENDING. 🛑 No permit = No power. 3/ You might ask: "Didn't they deliver 50MW to Microsoft already?" Yes, but NOT from New Jersey. Arakady confirmed From the March 4, 2026, Morgan Stanley TMT Conference a update that they pivoted to their Mäntsälä, Finland site (expanded to 75MW) to meet the first milestone. New Jersey was supposed to be the source, but it wasn't ready. Arkady: "It allowed us to deliver the immediate compute requirements while we finalize the larger-scale deployments in North America." 4/ Why can't they just turn the GPUs on? 🔌 The Vineland grid can’t handle a 300MW load. The site relies on "behind-the-meter" Mainspring natural gas generators. Under NJ law (N.J.A.C. 7:27-8), you cannot legally operate these without an approved Air Permit. 5/ The NJ DEP isn’t budging. They’ve issued at least two Technical Deficiency notices since Feb 2026. They are questioning emissions data and the "single source" impact on the local environment. This isn’t a rubber-stamp process. 6/ Add to that: Civil Opposition. 📢 Residents 1+ mile away are already filing noise complaints from construction and unauthorized testing. In NJ, "noise" and "air" are linked. Public protests in late March have put the DEP under a microscope. They won't rush an approval now. 7/ What this means for $NBIS: Revenue: Full annual run rate from Microsoft is now pushed to 2027. Delays: If the DEP rules them as a single source the projectwould likely blow past the "Minor Source" limits and trigger Title V (Major Source) requirements. A Title V permit can take 12–24 months longer to approve and requires much stricter federal oversight. 8/ The Bottom Line: Nebius is "shell-complete" in Jersey, but "power-dead." Until that PCP250002 permit moves to "Approved," the GPUs stay dark and the $17B deal stays on a slow-drip from Europe. 📉 9/ Watch the NJ DEP Bulletin on May 6, 2026 for the next update. Until then, any claim that the US flagship is "fully operational" is pure hopium. $NBIS $IREN $CRWV x.com/neel_epochal/s… ft.com/content/f2bae7…

Boris Cherny@bcherny

Mistakes happen. As a team, the important thing is to recognize it’s never an individuals’s fault — it’s the process, the culture, or the infra. In this case, there was a manual deploy step that should have been better automated. Our team has made a few improvements to the automation for next time, a couple more on the way.

People saying $NBIS can’t scale because doesn’t have enough power, while $IREN will because they have land and power, will learn the hard way how economy works. Supply of power will grow so much in the following months and eventually will catch up with demand, or, even if it won’t for a long time, hyperscalers will get priority on the available power. Guess what? $NBIS will be an hyperscaler.

$IREN never gave an exit ARR. So I did the math. Their $3.7B target only uses 10% of their power. 10% = $3.7B 30% = $11B 50% = $18B 100% = $35B+ $NBIS exit ARR target: $7 to $9B Market cap: $IREN: $14B $NBIS: $24B IREN's ceiling is 4x higher at half the price.

@releavtomatica @herling_jared @IRENBull Hello, on the revenue per MW. As far as i ve seen, NBis ended the year with an active power of 170MW while it s ARR was 1,25b Usd. That implies 7,4m of revenue per MW instead 10MW. I guess there is something i am missing
