Today we’re happy to announce a major win for Ethereum developers, technology providers, and industry participants: the Enforcement Division of the SEC has notified us that it is closing its investigation into Ethereum 2.0. This means that the SEC will not bring charges alleging that sales of ETH are securities transactions.

The result is this: the coinlist is an obsolete platform, the model of which is incapacitated. The coinlist is living its last days, trying to finally earn on the future losses of public investors, at the same time manipulating on allocations that can be speculated on by reselling the tokens to the market. Most of the clients of the coinlist are bots, the owners of which the coinlist will finally clean up completely. My coinlist account was blocked 2 years ago. Karma was 3000+. It was the only one account that received 1000 karma for verifying on the platform as a @MinaProtocol validator. But I never applied for account recovery for two reasons: 1. At that time, I thought that the bull market had come to an end. And I wasn't wrong. It was dangerous to participate in sales. 2. Because I think that the coinlist will definitely cease to exist and is not needed by the market. They understand this too. Just before that, they still try to rob their customers.
