@MKBHD Not to mention that digital downloads don't suffer from production overruns that can't be sold, shrinkage, defective product manufacturing, etc etc.

@MKBHD Yeah I've been saying this for ages. The digital distribution requires no manufacturing, packaging, shipping/distribution, or retail mark-up yet it's priced the same as a physical. They pay a percentage fee to platforms like Steam instead, but zero incremental cost per unit.

We should talk more about why the disc price and the download price of a game are EVER the same

@StarbucksCanada was just getting a drink at a store and a newer employee was flipping through recipe cards to make my drink. Every order goes into the PC. Why not give them a tablet with the orders where they can touch the order and see the recipe? Speed, efficiency, accuracy

@SurvivalGN Shouldn't really be surprising given there's only so much to be done/explored in the game at the moment. Most people probably got through the content, explored what they could, and then set it aside pending updates.

What happened to Subnautica 2? The game peaked at almost 500k players on launch day and lost 70% of its player base within a week.
